view from my room was exceptional.

breakfast area. second day breakfast area converted into seminar or meeting room. thus lobby area became breakfast area. very crowded.

location is little bit far from city centre, 2 nights stay in Muara with same menu for breakfast.

the toilet was not clean.. impurity in toilet bowl n sink

The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The concept and design are impressive. The only drawback is the cleanliness, especially toilet.

Cleanliness can be improved. May be for local is sufficient.

Staffs were friendly and very helpfull. Hotel close to center of town, proper supermarket and restaurants. Stayed 3 nights in Bukittinggi. Try hike to Marapi, Singgalang and Tandikek mountain if you have enough days to spend.

One side of the hotel has no windows inside the room and no clean air circulating apart from air conditioner. Guests opt for rooms with windows & balcony needs to pay extra for an upgrade.

Stay here for the second time. It's clean and comfortable. Quite far from the city center but still accessible.

I liked the soft king bed and modern interior. Apart from that, the services from the hotel staffs are good too, very proactive and friendly. They do room service on daily basis. Check-in and check-out process

The toilet is very dirty, the hotel is located a bit far from tourist attractions, the breakfast spread lacks of protein options.

The front office is really nice, they gave us a room upgrade and we could also early check in also we could store there our baggage after we check out. The breakfast is good too

The rooms need a little work, some stuff is a little broke but overall nothing problematic.

The rooms are comfortable & suitable even for family with 2 little kids.

Was a decent sleep and the view was nice. Staff let us check in early which was nice. Car parking was in a garage area next door which appeared secure

First room we were given a key to was not made up yet. Had been destroyed by the previous guest. Got a new room. Felt that the sheets hadn't been changed from previous customer. Biggest issue was, morning of checkout. No water in the shower. So, wife is covered in soap and was about to rinse her hair, and had to crawl under a tap intended for wudhu/ablutions and rinse her body off with cold water. This place was 740k rupiah. For a three star hotel, it was charging nearly 4* prices. I hardly ever write anything critical. They wanted to charge 10k rupiah for a sachet of coffee that costs at most, 2k.
