Best value room in Palembang. Location great, room great, bedding great. Probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Airport shuttle is very handy.

The check in staffer was a complete oxygen thief. Gave zero info regarding amended breakfast times so missed out. Sharing info is kinda important. 2 free bottles of water just isn't enough for this climate, considering the tap water is undrinkable. Should be upped to 4. The vit water supplied costs 4000rp max from a toko ... pretty sure it won't kill the overheads to supply more.

the view of the hotel and the facilities provided such as a playground that cannot be found in other hotels. The room size is quite spacious, providing freedom for children to play and comfortable for our familiy.

I booked 3 rooms with 2 connecting rooms. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool size is good, and the water is clean & warm. Plus, there is a simple garden by the small lake, good for morning walk. Overall, my family love the stay.

The AC in one of the rooms wasn't cold enough, even after multiple checks by the staff.

Very comfortable hotel and super close to the airport. Good breakfast and room service menu. Huge beds and nice selection of pillows. It has a nice, albeit undeep, pool. Shuttle to airport is free and fast.

The gym has only running treadmills.. the weight machine was barely working.

everything’s about this hotel is exquisite! food is very mouthwatering, the room’s spacious and comfy with great ambience, and top of that 100/10 room service! very recommended!!

the room and the hotel itself is very well made and has a good sense of luxury to it. the room was huge and well made, with a kettle, rainfall shower and fridge. the front desk people were also helpful.

the breakfast didn't taste as great as i expected. it wasn't fresh nor was there a lot of variety in the foods. the service was not spectacular either. when i called the front desk to ask for things such as more soap, room service or something like that, they would take a long time to deliver the request with me mostly having to call more than once to get them to listen.

nice breakfast menu. the location is perfect for the honeymoon. the room is bigger than my expectation. the facility is complete. i want to stay here again later with my family. love the lake view and the jogging track.

the palembangnese menu such as pempek didn't feel good as it must be. but afterall it's a good memories fo me. but, the grass seems not in the good maintance, although i like the jogging track and many more.. the location is far from the city, but it's still ok for me.
