New hotel, lovely, large and clean. The breakfast buffet was 200k and extensive and replenished regularly.

The first room we were offered was right next to the pool - where they also had karaoke at night! we very quickly asked to move and every time we passed this area were very thankful we did. The provided water jugs do not fit easily under the water dispenser leading to water spillage. The jugs need to be replaced with ones that do fit We had made 3 separate bookings for 3 different people, we secured each with a card but wanted the people in each room to be able to pay their own bills. The hotel charged all 3 rooms to our card, despite the booking saying we would not be charged until we arrived at the hotel - that was very annoying.

Clean, modern, and spacious. Very friendly staff. Very fast laundry service. Only about 15 minutes from the airport and around 20 minutes to the port where boats depart for the national park.

There’s really little to complain about. The restaurant could have a better menu, and it was the most expensive restaurant on our trip through Indonesia. However, it’s important to remember that this is Kalimantan in 2024, where there isn’t much tourism. We saw very few foreigners, and the area around the hotel (like much of the region) isn’t geared toward tourism. So it’s nice that the hotel offers the option of a restaurant and a café.

Great central location in walking distance to the local market and a sundowner drink at the pier. The restaurant is good and serves generous portions. We took a refreshing dip in the pool to cool off and towels are provided. Solid breakfast buffet. Most striking is the incredibly friendly staff!! Overall perfect choice for us as a stopover after 2 long flights to relax before our boat tour to Tanjun Puting.

The hotel has a business atmosphere, so not the right choice if you look for somewhere cozy, local, personal.

Lovely hotel - very clean, spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and pillow. We loved the 2pm check in which is earlier than most hotels - we were desperate for a good shower after being in the national park for 3 days! Great selection of food for breakfast, both western and Indonesian. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and they accommodated our slight meal changes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a great idea to have a name badge telling you they speak English so you know who you can converse easily with. Big thanks to Tedi who went out of his way to help us when our flight was delayed, which meant we were going to miss our connecting flight. He rang both airlines to find out information and booked us a hotel with airport transfer in Jakarta. He was incredibly helpful - thank you Tedi.

The room was large and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was abundant with a huge variety, and the staff were very kind, attentive, warm. We loved it. The swimming pool was decent, nothing special.

We couldn’t turn off the lamp under and beside the TV at night, but the technical staff came and removed it (there was no switch) :) They solved it kindly!

We had an amazing couple massage by Mia, she was lovely - best massage we’ve had in a very very long time thankyou !! Room was clean and staff were very attentive.

We wish you had some more vegetarian options! The staff were helpful and were able to amend a few items on the menu to make it veggie friendly - but I wish it was a little easier to order off the menu!!

It’s not a dislike but a minor gripe - the 4am call to prayer for 1.5 hours was a surprise for non observers - would be helpful to inform at check-in and include ear plugs in the room.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms were clean, very modern and very comfortable. This is by far the nicest property in the area. We left before they started serving breakfast, but got to see some of the things that were putting out and it looked like an absolutely incredible spread.

4 AM prayers in our little tough for the nonbeliever.

This is an exceptional hotel by every measure. The staff are incredible. It works like a swiss watch. INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet, massage, laundry service .... I wish I had a reason to stay longer!!!! Every other hotel could learn a thing or two from this masterpiece.
