We can reach the beach from the hotel, our children can swim or play there. We also rent speed boat to go around Parapat and Batu Gantung. The breakfast buffet was various and excellent, from rice, bubur ayam, bread, musli until small "jajanan pasar". The personal were friendly.

They don't have a real hot water here. It is only lightly warm water. They were helpful when we asked about hot water, but unfortunately that was what they could provide.

Our air con wasn’t working and even after a technician came to fix it - it kept making a lot of noise so we ended up sleeping with no cooling. One window also had a big crack in it, but the staff fixed it with tape when I pointed it out.

The direct access to the lake and the free lunch

Many rooms is not frendly for elderly or people who can not properly because they need to walk up and down with many stairs and then if the rain happens you'll gwt wet also avoid to bring many or heavy luggage.

The gardening and the lake view is superb. The room is big and the design is decent.

Water heater only available at 5am to 10am and 5pm to 10pm, but the water is very cold. Cleaniness is a bit off, can see spider web at corner and tiny bug on the bed. Water heater jug and the cup are a bit as well. Restaurant food was just okay, but both me and my friend got diarrhea sometime after dinner...

The location is perfect, the best place to represent Lake Toba. The garten of the hotel is very beatiful. Having breakfast with local taste and menu, that's great.

The room is modern, but unfortunately the floor is not very clean, especially the toilet floor and the waste bin in the bath room seems not being cleaned (the outside surface looks dirty and ugly). The hotel rooom is equipped with many power outlet, but it was only 1 of them in service. I had to ask hotel engineering for portable power socket. We need power sockets for our mobile phone and laptop.

Lakeside accommodation with stunning view of lake Toba and with many instagenic photo spots. They have watersport facilities and a small sandy beach cove. Staff is hospitable and very helpful. Tasteful breakfast spread. Spacious room and bed is comfortable but toilet/shower area needs improvement.

We stayed in the old building, maybe the new building has better rooms. Steep stairs going around and down to the beach, mind your steps. Hot water stops at 10pm and starts again in the morning.

We were vegetarian and there was hardly anything in the buffet breakfast but the chef was very kind to make special dish for us. so kind of them
