I stayed 1 night, everything was ok. Spacious room and bathroom. A balcony from which one can see the mountains in the distance. The train station was just a 13-mins walk, very convenient for catching an early train.

They asked for a 100k cash deposit for the key, which came as a surprise. On check out, reception staff said they need to check my room first. I explained that I was in a hurry as I had a train to catch. I waited over 5 mins but nothing happened, it was getting stressful. Eventually I had to explain again, after that they let me go. I think customer service could have been more efficient. The food in the hotel restaurant was average.

The (modern) hotel is great for a trip to visit the Bromo volcano. The hotel restaurant is amazing and very cheap! We loved the dinner and lunch which we had there. The location, walking distance from Probolinggo station, is also a big plus!

The staff/ hotel policies do not seem to understand why people are visiting the hotel. I mean, most tourists come there to visit Bromo which means that you will be coming back to the hotel around noon. The problem is that check out is also at noon. After coming back it is nice to have a shower but the additional fee for late checkout is almost as much as booking an additional night. I understand it on one hand but I did not really think that this was customer friendly.

This was the only modern hotel in the town, great stop for Bromo sunrise tour, great location as close to train station if you want to travel to other destinations. Hotel was the only place where alcohol beverages were served.

Price is a bit too high comparing to other locations.

Bright and clean hotel. large rooms, Nice bathroom. Really comfortable beds! which was an absolute pre after going to Bromo at night and coming back in the morning we were able to sleep a few more hours! really quiet too! about 10 mins walk to railway station. The hotel offered a good tour to Bromo, which was absolutely fabulous to see!

Probolingo is not the most interesting place to stay. only reason for us was Bromo, although the second night we did discover some nice lush green streets.

Very clean and modern, there really isn't anything not to like about this hotel. It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. They offer the standard Bromo sunrise tour that is easy to book. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good and decently priced for the lunch and dinner options. I would definitely stay here again.

It's near the train station, the hotel restaurant was good, there was also a coffee shop around the corner not far, and we walked into the Sunday morning local market which was a nice surprise.

Not easy finding good hotels in this area. Bromo Park is a descent hotel that offers good value. The kids playroom in the lobby is a good addition and the parking is good. So, pretty good hotel!

I may say this is best accommodation in Probolinggo area. This was my 3rd time staying in this hotel. Food was delicious, breakfast option was OK (what would you ask for 3 star hotel?), service was excellent. Definitely will come back!

Clean and well maintained. Staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet was OK.

We arrived very late at night and there was nowhere to buy things like aqua. A basic 24 hour service would be helpful.
