Location is just right in the middle of the city, easy to reach offices, food's center, shopping center, morning walk, & meet friends. I love the campaign of protection children from sexual exploitation in LED's screen.

It was delightful experience. The location of the hotel is incredibly strategic, making it easy to access key attractions. Getting around is a breeze. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful, They went above and beyond to ensure my stays was comfortable. In terms of pricing, artotel semarang offer great value for money. The rates are reasonable considering My stays was on holiday period. I highly recommend Artotel Semarang for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

It’s in the good location, close to simpang lima, the landmark of Semarang and there are some restaurant nearby. the room is enough for two people, compact and functional. There’s a espresso machine with tablet provided.

Car entrance and exit are narrow, but the hotel staff are very helpful to assist us with valet and always ready whenever we need the car. Rooftop bar has nice view.

The room is spacious compared to other hotels in the surrounding area. If fact I chose this hotel because of this. I would consider staying in this hotel when I have the opportunity.

I was not too fond of the darker ambience of the room and the corridor due to the choice of blackish/dark colour. It would be nice to have a brighter colour as it will certainly brighten up your days.

All staffs were really hospitable. When I arrived, they brought our luggages to our room and offered us a welcome drink though it was almost 10 p.m.. I stayed in Studio 30 and the room was so spacious including the bathroom. I really love the color of the bathroom. The white tiles and green lines were very gorgeous. Even though the food options was limited, all of the food was delicious.

The lobby entrance was confusing. The main entrance was the Fat Elephant restaurant and the receptionist was in second floor. If you are using a car, it is better to go straight to the basement. There will be a bell boy who will accompanied you to the lobby and the room as well. The parking lot was limited. But they were offering a free valet services, which was good.

Very limited parking. Although they provide free valet service, it's just not convenient for me. Breakfast is so-so. For a person who doesn't eat full meal for breakfast, like me, they are lacking variation.

Great location, very helpful staff. Since less parking space, they are great in handling car valet. I lost my watch in the hotel, and all the staff was helping me to find it, and found underneath the car seat. I also enjoy one of legendary chicken soup in Semarang "Soto Bokoran". Its only 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The location is very great... near by iconic traditional semarang cullinary can be reach by foot... if online taxi is chosen to get around, it still make your wallet smile

For those who doesn't bring car and need parking lot, there will be no problem at all with this facility. As on site parking lot is super limited, though valet is provided, you still have to prepare extra time to wait your car is ready.

FAT Restaurant and 11/12 Rooftop Bar were amazing. I still could not believe that this is a 3-star hotel. The bed was comfortable: not too soft and so big. The feel of having a Dolce Gusto in room was superb. And the late night room service with instant noodles and cold beverage is good touch.

The lobby is not easy to reach, and bringing up a suitcase through several steps is going to be a burden for some people. And not allowing the Gojek driver bring the food to the lobby should be evaluated by the management.

Comfortable bed, nice room, bathroom was clean but could be maintenance better. In general was good stay!
