Our stay at Quest Hotel was pleasant, the room is spacious enough, service was good, friendly and helpful staff. Our room has got a pool view and a balcony. Water is refillable from the aqua dispenser, so less plastics; thumbs up. The hotel is in good location, walking distance to a big shopping mall, to the famous Toko Oen, and many other shops.

The one thing that can be a concern by some people, it can be a bit noisy from other guests chatting, laughing in the hallway or noises from outside the building. I personally don't get affected by these noises.

What I especially appreciate is the friendliness of the staff. If I could highlight a few people who do their job extremely well, it would be Devita at reception, super friendly, always helpful and patient with a big smile, Dimas, a multi-talent at the bar, who creates delicious, own drinks, speaks excellent English and provides excellent service and Roy, marketing manager, who makes the stay in the hotel very pleasant through his hospitality and enthusiasm.

Sometimes the door of the room doesn’t open so easily

Comfortable, clean and well sized rooms with good aircon and mostly strong wifi. Fairly close to the old town and walking distance to China town. Water always available in the hall. Great value for money.

It says there is a free airport shuttle but it was not available. Breakfast had lots of gaps when we went towards the finish. Minor as it is a good place to stay.

The hotel should provide valet parking it’s so hard to get parking when holiday. Please improve the menu for the breakfast menu

The location is good within walking distance of the Alun Alun with many options for dining & the buffet breakfast excellent. The staff are friendly & accommodating with always a smile & willing to assist.

The hotel is in need of some maintenance & showing its age. Cleanliness in the stairwells is lacking & the hallways are very hot.

Amazing staff with great welcoming smile on face. Bartender mr dimas was amazing and helpful . Receptionist was very courteous . Nice breakfast and room service menu have very good selection .

Too much people in the lobby To collect free food . First impression is ur last impression . Lobby is the heart of the hotel it was really bad arrangement free giving program in there

The location was perfect nearby local food resto. The staff were friendly and helpfull and fullfill about my expectation for my room.

It would be nice if they give a door or curtain for the shower box, also the shower isn't strong enough.

We choose the hotel based on price, pool, breakfast and to be near friends in another hotel. Indonesian breakfast which i prefer. I liked the Indo Market on the other side of the street. Location is central. Great for trips to old town with colonial buildings or to the south of town. The hotel facilitate water dispensers to reduce plastic bottles, which is a big plus.

It is a good hotel. I've stayed in Aston hotels, but it felt less premium than i used to of Aston. Perhaps its a joint venture.

Breakfast was superb with plenty of options to choose from. The bed was clean and neat. Staff was nice & friendly. Really appreciate the welcome drink upon arrival.

The indoor seating for breakfast was a bit small, and easily became over-crowded during the breakfast rush. The bathroom needs to be regularly maintained, molds on the sealant can be seen almost every corner of the bathroom.

Swimming pool and air conditioner to reduce the heat of Semarang city. Some eateries are located within walking distance. Affordable.
