I enjoyed staying at this hotel: the location is in the heart of the city, since I intended to go to tourist attraction in the city so it made easier for us when need to take rest in the hotel in the middle of our activities. The service from the staff was great, I requested for interconnecting room but since they do not have one, they povided us side by side rooms instead. The room was not very big but the functionality was great and I like the cleanliness of it. My 11year old kid can enjoy the breakfast with us without additional charge.

The limitation of this hotel: drop off area is in different level with ground, and no bellboy to help with the suitcases etc, so we need to do self service. The parking space is very limited, as I came here with own car, we use the valet service with no additional charge (but just extra time to wait for the car to come). But other than that is satisfying. If we need hotel to rest and did most of the activities outside the hotel (not enjoying hotel facilities), this hotel is a very good option.

The prompt reaction of the staffs when I was complaining about the wet carpet. They instantly offered another room and let me check the room facilities first. Also with the engineering who promptly helped me with the malfunction electric outlet. Those were so nice and helpful since I was in a business trip with the need for no-hassle working environment. Breakfast is simple and typical mid-range Hotel, but it was well cooked and well prepared. I appreciate so much for early breakfast time (5.30 am), since it can be useful for those who want to catch up morning trains or flights.

Since I was in my business trip, the broken electric outlet is a big no. Sorry Holiday Inn, I could have given you excellent rate if it worked properly. In my opinion, the wall socket is also mispositioned. It should have been placed vertically instead of horizontally. Mostly people use 2 pin socket and it can only be properly inserted when the outlet position is vertical. The carpet under the table in my first room was wet. I recommend you to check all the leak possibility on the glass window. It was uncomfortable.

The room was a 5 star like, friendly smiling helpful staff, very good room service. Highly recommended

It's a very nice and good value for money hotel for a business trip. It's not expensive, clean and comfortable. I was on a long trip and that they have a laundry room for customers was great.

The location of the hotel is strategic, not far there is minimarket. The room and shower quite spacious. The breakfast also good. The staffs are friendly.

Limited parking space, but the hotel already prepared valet services for free. So better prepared our bags and things so when reached the hotel, we can unpacked it from the car faster coz it can cause traffic at the lobby.

Good location, breakfast was fine. Staff are friendly.

Bathrooms could be cleaner, bit of mould growing.

The room cleaning was very late. It was not ready when I arrived around 1pm from my morning activities. The solution: asked the front office staff to clean up the room at 9am for the next days

the room size is unexpectedly big and comfortable, the shower room is big and spacious. the cleanliness is also amazing. location right in the heart of the city, easily located and short distance to old town.

View blocked by another building , parking lot too small if we compare with hotel occupancy capacity
