Family room is spacious with proper queen bed, quite comfortable to sleep and less noise from the road nearby.

Most western people are used to dry toilet floor or seperated toilet from shower so would love to get more bath mat to dry our feet and avoid accident involving children due to slippery bathroom floor.

The rooms were big and spacious. Also, the location is very strategic, near to malls and mart just a few blocks away. The price was also great for family rooms.

Although, the staff in the receptionist wasn't very friendly and welcomed me weirdly. Probably because there was an issue with the breakfast which I actually paid. They finally gave free brekafast as I reserved. They didnt make a big deal out of it. So overall, it was good though. 🙂

Wonderful staff who made every effort. The rooms are not large but clean and bright with comfortable beds. Location is perfect, close to mall and the park that lights up at night. Great a/c, great wifi. No fridges in rooms but I used their fridge. Comfortable soft linens, warm shower. Yummy coffee and breakfast included from cafe across the lane. I can't say enough great things about this place!

It was very clean and they took care of me while I was sick. Very kind people.

There’s no machine with free boiling and cold water. But you can have tea and cold water if you ask.

Very quiet inside the hotel. Walking distance from Ciputra mall and Simpang Lima square.

Towels were smelly.

Prime location, situated in front of Tlogosari Hospital with a lot of streed foods available there. Also not far from city center. With the price I don't expect that we will bathroom amenities and towels. The room also pretty clean.

Limited parking space in front of hotel, otherwise you have to use other parking lots within walking distance (you will be guided by the hotel staffs). Also no elevators, might be problem for elderly if they got room on upper floor.

Very clean especially compared to others. Great location set back from main road and 5 minutes walk from by mall. Coffee house was wonderful.

The mo didn't quite get to the edge of the walls in the bathroom, but again, clean comparably.

Me and my parents got the room at the third floor. Very sad there's No elevator 😢 The parking area is not enough, need to walk a little bit far. The Wifi is bad.

Large room, basic amenities & towel provided, quiet surrounding, cool posters with vintage vibe on the lobby and corridors.

The air conditioner was directed on the bed, it was so cooooooold. Need to cover up my head so I won't freeze.
