Great facilities even though looks old but still well maintained. Swimming pool is nice and clean and separate from restaurant not like most of hotel nowadays, so we feel more comfortable. Nice room and soft pillow, that's the main point we always stay here . Location quite close from everywhere although noisy from traffic but kept silence in the room

Facilities getting old but still well maintained. We stay at 2nd floor that under renovation and quite smell of painting when passing by corridor but inside the room not really affected. Wish to have bath towel replacement, already many times visit but always get old and thin ones.

Room service delivered pretty well. The taste of the food and also the price are considered reasonable.

The hotel should change the linens and towels. The white color of those linens and towels will enhance the cleanliness impression of your hotel

The breakfast is so-so. Hopefully the chefs would think more of balanced foods, not only carbs, but lots of veggies variety

The web mentions kids club and kids playground as part of the facilities, but there were none when we got there.

The lobby area is elegant, room is spacious, bed is comfortable, quick check in and check out service too.

Parking can be challenging especially if an event is going on

Mineral water provided in the room isn’t enough. Only 2 bottles.

The location is perfect at the city center and just a walking distance to shopping mall. Breakfast menu is great, many selection of local dishes.

1. Main lounge at the ground floor is NOT a "Non-Smoking" area. Clean air is not appreciated. 2. Breakfast menu is not consistent. Example, first day was perfect but second day the menu is changed and much less selections and quantity.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the shopping mall, tourist sites such as Lawang Sewu as well as bars.

The rooms were large and the staff were very professional.

Health protocol implementation was very weak, I asked the staff why so many people didn't wear mask and they said it was already turning into endemic from pandemic but then the ask the non-mask people to wear free mask. Second thing the sofa inside the room, including the bolster, were very dirty.
