Very nice hotel with cute and comfortable rooms, reasonably sized, modern and functional bathroom. Good A/C, plenty of hot water, comfy bed, enough sockets for at least 3 phones/laptops. Very adequate to spend a few days.

Same as everywhere else in Indonesia: a general lack of hygiene (the health advisories for covid have seemingly not been registered). Cleanliness is minimum, sheets and towels are not cleaned properly. This is a recurrent feedback for loads of hotels, unfortunately the various hotel managements simply ignore it. Improving the quality of their hotel is apparently not their concern.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom is a nice size and you get complementary toiletries. The included breakfast is good. The location is also good and there are lots of nice cafes nearby.

There is only one lift for the whole hotel and it was often congested. There are quite a lot of stairs, which wasn't a problem for us but might be for people with limited mobility.

Very comfortable. Theres central dispenser for refilling water each store. Has an eco friendly packaging. Stable and fast wifi. Very strategic location (near to restaurant and minimart). And also they have adorable mural and illustrations all around walls, amenities, etc :). Nice staffs and securities. Gonna come back for sure If one day comeback to Semarang!

Perhaps the very crowded car park. 1 elevator for all the floors. And last, a cooler in a room maybe?. Overall I personally didnt take that as an uncomfortable stuffs, but if they have those, I could say it was super perfect for me

The location is superb. It's clean and the staff were friendly. I like it that they provide a water dispenser on each floor.

There's only one lift, and it might take longer to go to your room. Parking space is also very limited, but they have free valet. Their studio room is pretty small, but enough for one.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Google translate helped us understand each other. :) The restaurant had many good breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

This would not affect most people staying at the hotel, but I would be nice if administration would buy a massage table for the massage therapist. It would make her job a lot easier and the experience more pleasant.

Please provide an electric kettle in the room. Troublesome to take the water from the water dispenser.

The food taste for breakfast & ala cart for dinner was good.

Parking area is limited, but they have valet service as an option.

The food from savannah bistro were great with relatively cheap price, we had an in-room dining once and in-resto dinner once. There are also a great donuts and gelato place near the hotel

The cleanliness could be improved, there was some little stain at our bedcover

two minor points of criticism. I found no soap in the bathroom. (1) elevator for this fairly large building is a bit poor

Breakfast in urgent need of improvement as the menu tends to be boring and repetitive of that of the previous day.
