It was the most simple hotel we chose for the trip, as it was the first one, and yet it's was great! The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was also really good. The spa wasn't open yet, but there are a lot of options around. Location was great, close to everything

The rooms did have a bit of smell, but closing the bathroom door would fix it.

Pool has major leak and empties itself everyday then it becomes very noisy from the filters struggling to pump water because it’s so low.

The location is very nice.

There’s only stairs, so it was quite unpleasant for the guest who brings a big and heavy luggage.

The service is second to none. We stay here often because of this. The breakfast included is so good I don’t have to worry about looking for lunch as I’m not hungry until dinner. The hotel is beautiful and maintained the rooms are comfortable and air con is on point. The toiletries and bottled water are refreshed daily and the pools are just awesome and they get enough sun so you can swing comfortably in bath water for hours. If you have not stayed here you most definitely should. Puspa will take care of your booking and nothing is ever too much trouble!

We arrived at 1am and were a bit disappointed as the pool wasn’t as nice as the photos snd the sofa in the room was dirty. The next day we realised there were 2 pools and once we had one of the nicest breakfast ever and met the lovely staff we began to fall in love with the place. Nothing was a problem for the staff Although I preferred the larger pool outs was cleaned every morning and we did enjoy swimming in it. The beds were very comfortable and shower was great. We are thinking of going back next week 😄

All! breakfast so good : Australian breakfast! don't know about the taste of the others menu. :p pool and rooms so good. AC temperature in my room so good, looks like wells maintenance. the place was so spacious with 10 persons in the villa! will book again with friends and big family!

wifi so bad. television channel only has local channel and cable tv, we can't watch youtube or netflix. we found there is a room has a leak AC and the other room toilet's key is broken, but still minor thing :)

Good and strategic location, friendly and polite staff, atm machine and mini mart are just nearby. Would love to return here in future when I plan another visit to Bali! Overall experience was top notch! Highly recommended!

There were mosquitoes in our room and around the pool however the staff did handed us a mosquitoe repellent. Other than that, everything was perfect!
