Super fast check-in, i was requested for room 207 but they give me 208, but ended up liking it, next i wanted to try room 206, so ive been here for 3 times now for the whole year of 2023, there was lots of improvement time to time, which i like it so much, the pool was clear and clean, the AC was cold enough in Living room and Bedroom, excellent strong WIFI throughout the property, the staff was super young but very helpfull and trying to help in everyway, it was great staycation overall.

The Pan and kitchennete was incompleted so i had to come to receptionist and ask one, the fridge is not working but they provide cold water from dispenser, which is great, lots and lots of mosquitos, and theres no bugs repellent available, still empty as hell, i felt like alone in this huge villa complex, some people like it that way tho but im not a big fan of it.

Best place to stay. Staff is very much cooperative & professional

the location is perfect. the locals around the location are really nice. a legit moped store just a couple houses over to get a quick and cheap rental and a laundry service at the end of the strip.

it was a bit hot in the room, high ceilings and the aircon is high up also so didn’t really have a cool room. few nooks and cranny’s to fix up but understandable since bali has been very quiet for a long time and they wouldn’t of had funds to maintain. still good for its price.

The pool was the first that we do not like, we could not swim because the pool was dirty and when the kids swim it was itchy. We had power down, they said it was from PLN, too bad they do not have a generator set.

one of the locks to the villa did not work when I turned up. the receptionist said that it was broken but you can lock the door to the villa entrance. some security the place still needs money spent on it as there being no maintenance water marks everywhere from water damage. the only toiletries were two toothbrushes no soap the fridge had not being cleaned with the ice box full of ice and left over spillage

Location and pool area

Room was old and run down- was not accurately represented on the website. The water in shower/taps only sometimes worked. Holes in roof and cracks in the door allowed in lots of mozzies. Also no kitchen appliances supplied as advertised.
