I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada Encore in Seminyak, Bali, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel's good service was evident. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made me feel welcome and ensured my stay was comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the great restaurant (Garden Mahadewi) at Ramada Encore. The food was simply outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from for breakfast or the daily unique lunch offerings and of course dinner, I found myself thoroughly enjoying every meal. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the Friday night BBQ at the restaurant. It was an absolute delight. The aroma of sizzling grilled meats and the lively atmosphere created a memorable dining experience. The food was mouthwatering, and the live entertainment added an extra touch of enjoyment to the evening. The pool at Ramada Encore was another standout feature. It is huge and fantastic, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere with multiple pool loungers scattered all around the pool. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by the poolside, it provided the perfect escape from the Bali heat during the day and a spectacular star gazing experience at night. The pool area was well-maintained with a fabulous garden and tranquil spaces. Overall, my stay at Ramada Encore in Seminyak, Bali was truly enjoyable. The great restaurant with its delicious food, the excellent service provided by the staff, the fantastic pool, and the delightful Friday night BBQ made it a memorable experience. While the inability to use online transport services was a minor inconvenience, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

One downside of staying at Ramada Encore was the inability to use online transport companies such as Grab. While the hotel provided alternative transportation options, it would have been more convenient to have access to these popular ride-hailing services especially when one does not have cash on hand. Local taxis however are great for day trips but sadly more expensive on the short hops into town and surroundings. Sadly there is the issue of cockroaches as well. Quite evident that my room was not the only one affected here.

Staff were incredibly friendly, buffet breakfast was great, huge swimming pool with big kids pool too

Rooms could do with some more maintenance and unfortunately we had noisy neighbour after noisy neighbour (not the hotels fault) The Taxi service they use at the front of the hotel is run by the ‘Local Taxi’ and is 5 x the price of getting Grab or GoJek. we had a private driver booked for a tour one day and the Local Taxi staff stopped our car and extorted money off us. I wish the hotel didn’t use this service! :(

The service was amazing! The restaurant and room service was great, have so many options and open 24/7. Great coffees too! They let us keep our bags at site after sign out because our flights weren’t until later. Security out the front 24/7. 10/10 service. The bed was big and comfy and the air con was amazing in such a hot country. Other reviews noted it’s a far walk and not able to get outside taxis to the hotel, but not actually too far from things. And outside car, taxis and bikes were able to drive right up to the front door with no issues :)

The shower is a bit outdated and the water did flow into the bathroom and down a drain inside the bathroom.

Lovely and very helpful staff, miss Yuni in particular. She was my first contact at the reception desk. Even during the night hours, technical problems are solved. Great breakfast buffer facilities, lots of different food available. Swimming pool was clean and in good shape. Hotel is located strategically, nearby Canggu, Seminyak and Kuta area.

Unfortunately our room had issues with the AC turning itself off during the night (breaker circuit was active). After the staff showed me where the breaker was, this was only temporary resolved. After the second night, we were given a different Deluxe room with poolside view, which did not had any technical problems with regards to the AC.

Excellent hotel, beautiful swimming pool, large rooms and the one I stayed in had direct pool access. Amazing breakfast with extensive choices. Very good lunch & evening menus, tasty food and drink, all reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and keen to help, arrange taxis, trips etc... Nothing is too much trouble. They don't allow external taxi companies (Grab, Uber etc...) on site but you can haggle prices with the in-house drivers. Can leave luggage in secure area if checking in early or leaving late, at zero cost.

Shame the pool closed at 9pm. A little too far from town & beaches if walking.

I recently stayed Ramada Encore hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome. A special shoutout to Adit,Dian who was especially kind, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, very tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The buffet breakfast and lunch were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Dinner was equally delightful, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. The live music in the evening added to the wonderful ambiance, making dining a truly enjoyable experience. The swimming pool was fantastic, clean, and well-maintained perfect for a refreshing swim and relaxation. It was a great addition to an already perfect stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. With its outstanding service, cleanliness, delicious food, and great amenities, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back.

Disappointed with the size of the room. on the website I didn't see an option for balcony room so our room view was not great. Children's play area was also disappointing very minimal even for toddlers. The pool could maybe have done with some float items. Breakfast was unreal, the selection of condiments, hot and cold foods were amazing. All their menus were awesome. loved our dining experience and the staff are so welcoming and friendly.

Nice place to stay, breakfast was good but the best part was the hotel staff! Staff: The waiters were very friendly and very accommodating! Our room was cleaned daily by Okta who always greeted us with a big smile! Location: The property is a short car ride away to Seminyak town; the hotel offers a shuttle twice a day to Seminyak beach or Kuta mall! This was great to get a ride in and we took a taxi/Grab back to hotel! Food/Restaurants: We had breakfast and some dinners at the hotel, it was affordable and nice! FYI: There is no local restaurants within walking distance to this hotel. Pool: one big pool, fun for kids! Not many day beds, so you need to get there early. Pool is open until late, I think 9pm which is nice for a night swim. They also have a pool table that is free to use and happy hour (buy 1 get one free) which was really good/tasty cocktails!

Nice stay, it was pretty full!

Buffet breakfast every morning was amazing - no complaints there. Pool also amazing and nice and cold especially with the heat in Bali, the perfect place to land after shopping and travelling around the city. Room - Space was small, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. I had requested a double bed but got 2 single beds and it was very uncomfortable. Pillows were too soft.

We didn't like the fact we had to go to a pickup point to order a Gojek every time we needed transport, it was annoying to have to catch a ride to the pickup point which was just 2 mins away. Apparently we were told Ramada is one of 2 hotels that don't allow Gojek to go to the hotel to pick up tourists. This was annoying. But you allow Gojek to drop off customers to the lobby - this needs to change as it is unfair for the customers to have to do this.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Ramada Encore.The place is clean and very comfortable. The pool is amazing. The breakfast buffet has huge range of options. Meals at the restaurant are reasonably priced. 0ne disadvantage is that the property is in an out of the way location in Seminyak, not near the beach. However, I don’t see this as a problem. You can get a taxi to most places for $3 to $6. Also, the local are is worth exploring as there are 4 or 5 good coffee shops within walking distance of the hotel.
