The room is small but the staff hospitality and helpfulness makes our stay far exceeded our expectations. The breakfast is grand with many choices from fresh fruits to variety of hot items. The restaurant serves great meals, we have lunch several times while staying. We particularly would like to appreciate the staff at the restaurant, Michelle for his extra effort to make our morning enjoying breakfast is as enjoyable as it could. Thank you Santika for making our stay memorable!

Please new towels

There were weddings and events happening a lot so i didn't get chance to eat at the buffet. Ms Steffy was an incredible staff member, always a smile and always willing to give suggestions and answers. The other staff members were also friendly and i love the enthusiam from them.

Mayhaps just times for Buffet as a lot of times there are events but it's no big deal.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Communicating through WhatsApp is very easy and convenient. We have ordered flower bouquets and we checked in later than the flower bouquets were being delivered. Thus, we seek help from the hotel to receive on behalf and sent to our room first. They were happy to help us on that which we really appreciated their kind help on this.

The service of the people, the breakfast menu was really great, which consisted of a variety of Indonesian Dishes. The Breakfast Staff were really kind and easy going.

The air-conditioner broke down twice, however the staff were responsive. The room could use a mini-bar or fridge.

Location is amazing! Right next to the Terscota Mall, which has a Gym and some other food stalls/ restaurants. Breakfast is amazing and it's a buffet as well!

Being a tourist, I often bring back drinks from other locations. So having a fridge in the room would have been grand!
