The room is comfortable and clean. They have what I think is soap but no shampoo but its more than okay. The staffs are nice. The check in and check out process were hassle-free. I was asked to give a 50K deposit, they gave me 2 key cards which is great. Breakfast was add-ons but it was affordable and the food itself was also okay. It was literally across the street from Teras Kota Mall so when the mall is having jam night it can be quite noisy but only like till 9PM

The parking lot was a bit confusing but the security was helpful. They dont have the "please clean the room/DND" sign to hang on the door.

The staffs are really accommodating. We had a trouble with the aircon in our room on the 1st night, and when we called the receptionist, the engineer came right away and fixed the aircon immediately. When we requested for a hairdryer, the housekeeping staff told me that they can't deliver it right away since all of them were currently being used but not long after that they delivered it to our room. The staffs are all amazing! The breakfast were also good. It's a buffett and I loved the pastries that they serve. The location is also strategic, right beside the Teras Kota mall and it's very convenient for me and my friends. I would love to stay here again

The room/facility itself could use a little bit of TLC & a good rub-down and a faster more stable in-room internet speed would be great.

Very good position if you need to stay in Serpong area. Just 30 minutes from airport and only 10 minutes from BSD area Very nice peoples and amazing staff

Room not really cleaned but services has been excellent.

Nice boutique hotel, comfortable room and a nice kitchenette in case you want to cook something by yourself. In front of the hotel there is a small supermarket where eventually to buy some food.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was rich and tasted good. Just on the corner is a small shopping mall with a suppermarket and some nice restaurants.

The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. It was a pleasant 3 nights stay in this hotel.
