Hotel was great front desk Agnes quick solution..staff warm

Booking.com was bad...when offering room is not same when come in the room ...when we chose Premier executive whit bath tube in picture and facilities different when we check in...so I have to upgrade to business executive..luckily staff Agnes was great to check available room to offering.

We are definitely happy with the room n enjoyed the spread of the daily breakfast. We also enjoyed the alacarte dinner is at the restaurant. Checkin was prompt n the front desk were very friendly n efficient.

The hotel spa experience is not very good. The therapist was not professional. Perhaps it’s because it is nearly closing time. The ambience is pretty good.

The hotel was clean and smells so fresh. The room spacious with new ID., the room so clean, spa was good, breakfast spread varieties and delicious. The good brand comes with good manners guest. I love the hotel standard.

The surrounding area not so clean and convenience store a bit far from the hotel.

It's a high rise hotel close to Solo's train station. The property aspires to fulfill international standards and almost get there.

The elevators are not very well organised. Room billing functions only against previous credit card deposit. Swimming pool amongst dining parties and hard to get attention of the staff in the restaurant. It doesn't quite make it into the league it aspires to.

Nice modern 4 stars hotel with good design and breakfast is amazing. Friendly staffs. King koil bed with level of mattres meet my expectation and many spot to sit in the lobby hotel.

The experienced during checked in but GM and front desk Manager, PR Manager have resolved my complaint. They are truly hospitality legend who understand guest conplaint need to be resolved ASAP. My big compliment to GM Swis bell- hotel Solo. I definitely will come back again whenevet I visit Solo. All the best.

The property location is in the middle of the city, really close to everywhere. The room is really nice and spacious, bed and pillow are really comfy above average 3-4 stars hotels. The service also really nice, check in and check out also done efficiently

The elevator is a bit slow and a bit confusing which one to which floor

The hotel's ambience is nice, the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast menu is wonderful, I really like Ice coffee milk. But the location is little bit outside from the city.

Our room was in 12 the floor, sometime we can hear the noise from the upper room so I could sleep well.

The hotel & facilities are neat & clean. The room is great, bed, tv, fridge, desk, toilet, lamps are great. The breakfast was superb, a lot of choices and delicious.

Hotel location is a bit akward because everytime we go out it must pass traffic jam or busy street. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Cozy room, beautiful view from our room (Sheikh Zayed Mosque), tasty breakfast, especially "Pecel" sauce is best, and convenient swimming pool

Small thing, to link information between frontdesk and breakfast reception, so no need to ask how many person who will take breakfast

Breakfast are great with many varieties to choose, the parking lot is spacious. The room is terrific, you won't hear any sound outside the hotel, they have nice bathroom too.

I was placed in a room with interconnecting door, so i can hear other guest next to my room. Which is unpleasant
