Good place to stay close to the airport. The staff at the reception vas very helpful and nice. They offer shuttle to the airport for free.

We didn’t like the restaurant. Cold food covered with a plastic film and the person who attended us wasn’t helpful at all, a bit rude.

It's so good that have the free shuttle service at 06:00 a.m. to the airport. It only took 15 minutes to airport,very convenient. And the staff helped me to take away the delicious Indonesian breakfast that was so kind.

Our flight was delayed coming into Surabaya but the staff still organised free airport pick up for us at midnight. Breakfast was excellent!

It is close to mosques so expect an early wake up call.

The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is really close to the airport. They also provide shuttle if you need.

Near to the airport and a nice clean room.

Poor breakfast for westerners. Run out of bread at 8.15am and initially replied by saying all gone! After complaining they went to shop! No omelettes or anything. The manager tried to smooth things over by offering us a cappuccino! However the Indonesian breakfast looked nice! We ordered 3 meals in the evening from the menu. When it came it was quite cold and not of a good standard. If I came again I would just go to McDonald's not too far from the hotel

Free airport transfer service. The staff act fast when i told them that my shower area drainage was blocked & causing water to stagnate. They also help me to change room.

No window in the room. Felt a bit suffocated.
