Let's be honest, it isn't a 5 star hotel in the way of facilities, ONLY! the staff were of 5 star quality, they were friendly and professional and assisted myself to the best of their ability! A BIG THANK YOU! Also the price and location was fantastic. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to ALL solo and couple travellers. You will not regret it.

As mentioned it is a three star hotel, so my expectations were reasonable, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, only the bathroom was a little dated. That's it. Only it was clean and usable. No true complaints.

Please remember this hotel only has 3 stars in the rating, though! It is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast has quality food. The gem in the crown of PrimeBiz Surabaya is the customer service. The team is warm and friendly and second to no one.

As I started, it is a 3 star hotel. I would like to see the bathroom given a little attention. The tiles need cleaning, and grout needs reapplying.

As I have said in my other reviews of PrimeBiz Surabaya, the staff were exceptional! The care and attitude of the staff was consistent throughout the Hotel. They were friendly and professional. The Hotel don't forget is only a 3 star hotel. Only it was clean and cleaned regularly. I will be staying at PrimeBiz Surabaya when I visit again.

The bathroom in my room was dated and needed an upgrade, only it was clean. The room and the bed were comfortable. No true complaints about this hotel.

Nice modern hotel in a big city where there arent a lot of non- Indonesian customers. Felt more like a business trip stayover hotel . The staff were very friendly, happy and helpful. The room was quite big and very clean.

The location was a bit of a walk or taxi ride to anywhere

The desk in the room. the smell in the whole hotel and the room is really nice. its so relaxing. The toilet in the lobby is very nice,ciean, big size. There is like a cafe or more like a restaurant in the lobby. Very nice staffs.

The shower head is very bad looking shabby and needs replacing. so the water didnt come out full The toilet clean but prefer the easy button to press to flush like most hotel I have been. The hotel didnt have non -smoking room for trple but they did what they can for us to have an extra bed without charge. But we had booked a triple room and the picture was very nice. only we didnt get what it looks on the picture .

As before a fantastic and affordable place to stay, the staff are wonderful. If you are travelling to Surabaya? I recommend PrimeBiz as a place that will do its best to make sure your stay is a good one

The hotel is convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, serving delicious food with very reasonable prices. In addition, if you are tired, you can get massage service easily.

Generous spacious room with comfortable bed, which is also clean and quiet. To me the breakfast buffet is adequate where one just couldn’t ask for more.

Very new hotel with all clean and tidy, good to stay with family and the breakfast is excellent and also you can order lunch and dinner at optimum rate with very good quality.
