Absolutely dreamy hotel, feel like in paradise! The territory looks like botanical garden and jangle ! The villas are very comfortable with private pools! Infinity pool is fantastic! The restaurant and the food are incredible, the prices are very acceptable! All the people, working in this hotel are very kind and friendly. I would say this hotel deserve 5stars or even more! Special thanks to Aksis for unique service ! 100% recommend to everyone who is looking something special !

Wifi sometimes works not very good on villas

Everything here is just perfectly designed to make you switch off from your everyday fast paced routine and relax during your stay. Yoga classes with Besral were amazingly pleasant. The service is attentive and helpful, everyone was nice and friendly. We’ll be back again and we’ll definitely recommend.

Just a little bit far away from everything, but that could be a plus, if you’d like to be in your own little paradise.

As soon as you enter the resort you instantly feel relaxed! The property is very well maintained and has a beautiful and spacious layout amidst nature. The restaurant has a nice variety of western/asian dishes and the rooms are comfortable with a beautiful open-air bathroom. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional staff at De Moksha - from the security guards to the restaurant employees to the people at front desk. Always kind, smiling, interested, patient and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights and felt sad to say goodbye!

As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe at this resort, the staff are so accommodating and friendly which put me at ease. There are many other solo travellers at this resort which again made me feel safe. The resort itself is beautiful and felt like I was walking into the jungle! My villa was spotless and it had every essential bits you’d need for a relaxing stay. I treated myself to some spa treatments which was amazing, the lady that did my treatments was very respectful and made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. The food was also delicious & the staff at the restaurant were very attentive!

The overall appearance outside the spa from the treatment rooms let the experience down a little bit (the rubbish) but I don’t believe this is connected to the resort.

Absolutely stunning resort. From the greeting in the car park to reception and restaurant, the staff are so professional and very welcoming and friendly. Such a great find, a little off the beaten track and certainly not in a touristy area, there is only 1 little restaurant next door which we didn’t try due to such a great food in the restaurant. Super comfortable beds with the very best linens. The rooms are well appointed, so if a luxury getaway in a peaceful resort is what you’re after here is where you’ll find it. If you’re into yoga and spa treatments then definitely try them out too.

This is a unique property nestled in the rice terraces of beautiful Tabanan. The grounds are truly stunning. Transportation was easy with the Grab app. Drivers can pick you up right at the gate. The setting is tranquil and offers 2 yoga/meditation shalas, daily yoga classes and 2 large swimming pools. The staff are friendly and helpful. Besa is an excellent yoga instructor. The hair and skin products offered by the resort are wonderful!

The bungalow’s full kitchen is not well-equipped. We were sent to the restaurant kitchen to ask the chef if we could borrow a pot and knife. The small private pool at our villa was murky. There was a great deal of construction/renovation taking place on the property during our January stay.

Stayed in the villa with a pool, which was spacious & comfortable. Other resort guests & staff use a path for access to other villas, meaning the pool is not so private (it may be once more foliage grows), but wasn’t a problem for us. The large communal pool was really lovely, as were the tasty, generous breakfast & staff could not be more helpful. I didn’t get time to attend the yoga, meditation, or other classes unfortunately, but we did use the bikes for a journey into the local town. The location is great, away from the party areas, but easy to get around with Grab taxis. Wish I had more time here.

De Moksha is fantastic place. Embrace the yoga and relax. Clean, with fantastic villas, great at communicating with you, marketed as a luxury yoga retreat and that’s what it is. From little Eni in the spa with super strong fingers to Besral’s yoga, the king of the community riding with you through the rice fields or the restaurant staffs care and attention. The staff are a real factor for making this place tranquil and relaxing.

Wouldn’t say anything, come with the right expectations, this is not Seminyak or Kuta.

The bedroom was amazing—spacious, stylish, and the bathtub was a dream. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. One of the most touching moments was when they surprised our daughter with a beautiful gift, knowing we were celebrating her—it made our experience even more special.

Just keep in mind it’s a bit far from Canggu if you’re planning to visit, but perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing escape away from the crowds.

De Moksha was perfectly situated for a wedding we were attending. The resort itself is a fair drive away from Denpasar (about 2 hours in a car) so if you are looking for shopping or other activities it is quite removed from all of that. Having said that it is an ideal place to step aside from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The restaurant has a delicious and varied menu and a generous happy hour. There are a couple of choices of pools to snooze the day away by, and a lovely spa in which to indulge in massages and pedi/manicures etc. Honestly we were tempted to just hang out at De Moksha and not go to the wedding :-)

There is a small creek at the very bottom of the property which on some days and wind directions didn't smell great. We had a plunge pool attached to our bungalow which we didn't use much partly because of the smell although mostly because the infinity pool further up the property was much nicer.
