I like the sound of frogs, cow, cricket and all nature stuff during our sleep - it may be a bit too much for prince and princess but overall it's quite back to nature feels.

Too much sound of frogs, cows, crickets. The area is literally a zone blocked by the Grab app, you are allowed to arrange for transport from outside the area into the unit but Grab will not allow you to set this location as a departure location. For some reason, you can't really access Grab in this area for that matter.. and even if you're lucky to access the Grab app, you are not able to set this place as the starting point (nor the nearby locations surrounding this stay as well) So what this means is that you either walk 30 mins to the closest area which you can hitch a grab ride, or succumb to the stays transportation, which is naturally pricier than Grab.

Welcoming, very friendly staff taking care of our wishes. We felt save and our belongings protected because there was staff present around the reception and the backyard. We loved the authentic very tasty cooking of traditional dishes in the restaurant/cafe. This is the only place for good quality Indonesian food in this street. We enjoyed the trustable high speed internet which made it easy for us to work from our room, from the restaurant and pool area. The restaurant/bar is like a living room and working space, an extension of the villa. Good air conditioned, situated high with all around windows on all sides. Panoramic view to the sea, the mountains, rice fields. The property and houses are kept clean permanently. For a combination of work and vacation it's good if you can work from computer in the restaurant; sufficient sockets provided, the space is large with seats at the balcony with ocean view. The high bed on the roof provides a space for privacy and panoramic view. The beach is right in front of this property, 2 min. walk.

The construction next to the property has impact on the view, which this villa cannot change, but more plants and flowers could be planted to provide a greener view directly around the long path to the villas and from the high bed on the roof. The architect has not constructed the toilets open to the sky which would have been so helpful to air the bathroom which entrance is directly from the bedroom.

Food was awesome, and just a little walk to the beach Was a great place to relax

I think it is a very quiet villa, good value for money. jalan Pantai Kedungu is less traffic compared to any other busy road. But overall good value for money. Excellent service. Thank you so much for the service. Our stay has been impressive so far

I wish we could have slippers in the building, internet connection sometimes can be a bit loss. Tv signal is cut out often. But we are always going out.It doesn’t impact us much. Team is super amazing! Good coffee! I will come back in the future.

The room was great, very spacious with nice comfortable bed. They have a great coffee shop and restaurant on site. The coffee was amazing and so was the breakfast (we didn’t have it included, but you can eat with 3-4$/ person very good food). Location is great, 5 minutes away from the beach and The Beach Love for sunset. Also, around 20 min walk to Tanah Lot through some amazing rice fields.

It’s not sound proof at all. Unfortunately, we had a group of construction workers I believe next to us and we couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise they made all night. It’s not necessarily related to the accommodation itself with was great expecially for the price, but it definitely wasn’t pleasant. Apart from the horrible noise, the property is great and so are the owners!

It was a very peaceful place located close to the beach. Perfect for surfers as it was a walking distance from a great surfing beach. The room was a very cosy and calm place. The staff was very friendly .

They should look after the cleanliness in the bathroom but also the steps leading up to the room, and also the surrounding area around the pool. Also, there was a limited selection of food for breakfast.

Staff were so helpful & accomodating. Pool villa is a lovely place to hang out, the breakfast & food menu was quite good value for money too. Few minute walk to beach & aircon was fantastic. Would stay again for a quiet break , quite a few cafes up the road.

About a 25 minute walk through rice fields to Tanah lot square but cheap and quick uber/gojek trip , not too much around but good if that’s what you are after. Shower & toilet slightly on older/worn side but nothing to complain about. Overall satisfied

Nice location, friendly staff, i asked extra pillows for use that on bed for secure my baby, all was welcomed.

We were for NY eve especially escape from busy area. In the night couldn’t sleep until 0.30, cuz mysic from cafe Swell was really load, like in our room… its okay, usually cafe working intil 10pm But 1 january 8 am workers started repair exactly our house with noice and hammering. In general doesn’t matter what day is that, any day…why cannot do it in check out time? When no guest already.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Location was great near to beaches and the villages giving off that community vibe, having a restaurant next door and close to other must see places to visit.

The bed as you needed a step ładder to climb up (okay for a younger couple). Not enough lighting in bathroom, just a single light. Photos never truly show the condition of building where paint is peeling or mould is coming through & wall's need cleaning. It's the little touches like bath towels are over 5 years old being thin & worn out although beach towels were new, no hand towel or face cloth. A stand alone mirror in the bedroom would be great to have.

It's awesome for surfers. You should rent a scooter, because it's not close to "the action" if you're looking for more social activity when traveling alone. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL and so is the owner, Katut.

the area is more rural than what I expected and I got sick with food nearby. However, Katut himself drove me to the doctor and made sure his staff prepared special meals for me to recover. I was alone and scared because I was VERY sick with food poisoning but they made me feel safe. They cared for me like I was family and I will never forget it. I will back just to see them again. They are very special people.
