The whole place was calm and serene to stay and it was a perfect getaway for an anniversary trip. Moreover, the staff were so courteous and very helpful throughout the trip. They ensured that we had the best time possible.

We are not allowed to book outside Taxis from the city to this place , as the local taxi service people will not allow. As for the property staff, they won’t do nothing about it. We had a lot of trouble with this and I would like for the management to address this issue , so people can have a really enjoyable time

What a beautiful experience. Loved everything about this place . We went for a friend's wedding and we weren't disappointed. The tent was comfy , actually one of the most comfortable beds and pillows we have ever had ,and we have travelled heaps . The staff was exceptional,so friendly and accommodating. Taxi rides out of the resort and back were organised through the front desk , ( they only use local drivers and there is never a shortage). The infinity pool is stunning particularly at sunset ,and the restaurant was good too . The only thing I would add is to maybe have a list of businesses that could offer hair and makeup services for guests looking at glamming up for a wedding. There is beach access too . Highly recommended for a romantic or rejuvenation short break .

The dirty beach , shame it can't be kept clean

We love the stay as we have a very good variety of breakfast options, good location right in front of the beach and less crowded.

The room was not very sound proof, so we hear the neighbor with kids yelling. Also we indicate that we are traveling for honeymoon however they allocate us at the room between 2 families with babies and next to the kids playground while we observe several rooms in other location are still vacant.

Immaculate gardens with fulltime gardening staff. An ocean view, surf beach as far as the eye can see. I loved watching the surfers from the breakfast table every morning. Staff thoughtful and very efficient. I liked that there were so many staff, all the guests were given special attention. Crashing waves and birds to sleep and wake to. The delux glamping tent amazing. Four poster beds so comfortable. Nice special touches from staff. We rode electric bikes, had a bonfire. A resort to stay and relax within. Couples and families.

I know food is subjective, I liked the local dishes on the menu, the western dishes not so much.

We were plrased to spend four days at this wonderful place. Right from the start, we felt like we were part of a family. We were greeted by name by the staff already in the evening. Interesting conversations with the managers showed the great interest for a perfect ambience and well-being of the guests. The efforts of Mr. Carmante and Mr. Arsana deserve special mention. !!! There was absolutely nothing to criticize about the furnishings and cleanliness of the tents and the entire surroundings. We felt like we were in paradise, where our wishes were fulfilled as soon as we thought of them. The place is absolutely recommendable, but be careful: It is also very popular, so book early !!!

Breakfast was very good. Dinner could have been better especially for New Years Eve. Something new not what is on the restaurant menu. Staff is lovely and attentive. We loved the dog bed and doggie bowls.

Overall was great few suggestions only for Spa-after scrub of one side of the body before turning over the bed should have been cleaned perhaps with the small brush, also feel like some guest could be uncomfortable while having a stomach massage the breast should be covered with a towel.

Everything! I kept extending my stay so some days were busy They have a function area which is great for events such as weddings corporate meetings team building On my last day I had the beach to myself and went a nice walk and I enjoyed the pool to myself also So for me this was heaven I loved all the employees that I met Some of you have a special place in my memory ❤️ Big special Thanks to Executive chef 'Fabian' who in my eyes is one of Bali's 'Masterchefs and has a repertoire to go with his skills, friendly and caring character Thankyou all for an enjoyable stay You not only looked after me but were kind to my doggy 'Kinti' A Big Thank 😊 🙏 you to you all ❤️

Not being able to stay longer because for me it is expensive but still worth every penny (rupiah)

Well, it's a dream. The pool side give you just a sensation of floating over the see. Everything is beautiful and also the staff was funny with me and really wanted to make me feel like in a paradise. Good job ! Also the gym is very small but good enough to workout well.

Maybe the music, because it lounge but sometimes more like "party" than" relaxed lounge", but the sound is not loud so it's all right. Also there was not à a buffet for the breakfirst, but I understand because it is not the high season and it's good to not waste food.

That I can bring my dog. And she even gets a basket bed. Room service dinner because of pooring rain.

I've got very fond memories of the dinner options but seems they've lost that great cook 🥺 it was one of the reasons I wanted to come back here. But the dinner was almost flavourless. Totally no match to what I remember. On the other hand: BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING this time. Lots of options, very accommodating.

This is an excellent place that's away from the crowds and it feels private. This clamping camping experience, surpassed my expectations and my family would love to do it again. The restaurant food was great (much better than most restaurants in Bali), as we ordered lunch and dinner. Also, the breakfast buffet included with the room was good. The beds were super comfortable and all the hotel staff were excellent.
