Our two-bedroom suite with one double bed and two twin beds, two toilets/sinks and large shower, and kitchenette was perfect for our party of four. We stayed two nights. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! There were so many delicious food options. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were very grateful for the late check-in, as we arrived at 1:00AM. Great location; not far from the airport. Great value for your money too.

No complaints at all! We were disappointed that we weren’t able to use the pool and waterslide because we didn’t have enough time to fit it in. 😆

Strategic location, just 15 minutes from the airport if there's no traffic. However, be aware that the journey can take up to 2 hours on a weekday. The apartment comes with a small fridge, microwave, and TV, as well as an open shelf cabinet for storing luggage and hanging clothes. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush kits are provided. However, there is no iron or ironing board in the room, so you’ll need to request one from the front desk. The breakfast spread offers a wide range of delicious options, from Indonesian to Western cuisines. Since I had to check out before breakfast hours, the kitchen team kindly prepared bentos for me and my family in place of the buffet. All the staff were incredibly helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The location is somewhat remote, with convenience stores and malls not being very close. However, there are plenty of options for ordering food via delivery apps. The Wi-Fi coverage is weak, and I couldn't get a stable connection in either room. The toilets are interconnected and share a single shower area. It can be time-consuming for a group to share just one shower area, despite having two toilets.

Great value for money for a family of 5. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

They don't have as much attention to detail with the daily cleaning. Missed laundry bags. Due to poor design the shower continues to spill over and the bathroom is soaked. But these are very minor things in our view and did not affect our positive experience.

Overall, I had a great visit. The entire crew, in particular, is really kind and supportive. will return to this location in the future. Strongly advised to relieve stress from day-to-day professional life. The best cure.

The only negative was the third-day request for a change room since wanted a different view but was denied the upgrade room.

The hotel rooms were so clean and a lot of space to move around. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast was good.

I just need to say that the down part of the food was served cold, it needs to be warm/hot.

I like everything the room was clean and spacious the staff excellent customer service Zafar, Raphael and a few that I didn’t get a chance to catch their name. One thing I can suggest is have more machine workout for the gym.

Location, literally you need to order a grab to go anywhere. Parking can be confusing because of lacks of signs. Only two lifts to serve 39 floors! The other two lifts should be enabled. B1 lobby is super hot as the aircon is always turned off.

Lush rooms. Comfy beds and pillows to die for! Fun high floors - with good views over the city lights. Only stayed as transfer so didn’t get to fully experience the hotel facilities which is a shame as it looked lovely.

We weren’t there long enough!

Perfect wifi. Full aircon. Can get rooms nice and dark. there was a mart downstairs (had fried chicken, donuts, coffee, fruit, nappies, near all i need). Service incredible. Pool had a slide which was a hit.
