We are on a staycation with our family and chose the 2-Bedroom Executive. The key strengths are the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, which make our stay more convenient. We also love the balcony view, as it allows us to enjoy fresh air in the morning. However, one downside is the limited restaurant choices in the mall when we visited. Another great feature is the entertainment options—we get access to Netflix, YouTube, and various TV channels, which we really enjoy. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for families. It has a swimming pool for both kids and adults, and guests can also access the gym and sauna.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Herloom Residence, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Iris and Angel) made me feel like a valued guest, with warm and efficient service at check-in. The ambiance of the hotel is both modern and inviting, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing environment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries. Dining at Herloom Residence was another highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the in-house restaurant served mouthwatering meals that were a treat to my taste buds. The staff at the restaurant were equally attentive and made dining a pleasant experience.

Super clean bathrooms, well maintained, spacious apartment, modern furnishing. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool AC.

One of the AC stopped in the middle of the night and had to restart using the remote. It happened on both nights we stayed. The bathroom was brand new but would start a musky smell if you left the exhaust fan on too long. The main door to the apartment had no internal lock. It is safer to lock from the inside and prevent toddlers from opening the main door in the middle of the night. Considering everything I would stay again when I travel with my family.

This is my 3rd times being here. Always feel like coming home. Love almost everything in the apartment. The design, the staffs, the cleanliness, the facility.

The breakfast menu is quite boring especially if you stayed more than 1 week. I hope they can add more variations such as dimsum, siomay bandung, karedok, ketoprak, etc. They added chicken tika once and it tasted good. Love it. Also, As far as I can recall, they never served beef for breakfast. Maybe they can consider as well. Apart of this, I love to stay here

The facility fit and comfortable for family travel in group, complete facility like an apartment, located nicely in the center of best restaurants option in Tangerang city (BSD and Gading Serpong) and close to Jakarta by highway, facility clean, modern and tidy, service and breakfast was great.

Quite challenge to park the car at the parking space upstairs, as the ramp to go up quite narrow and stip, but it’s still Ok as long as we be extra careful and not in a hurry.

The staff were helpful. Our bathroom tap was leaking and they helped us change room immediately. The room was cosy and had plenty of amenities that other hotel rooms do not offer (including a washing machine, electric stove, pans, pots and cutleries).

We found ants on the kitchen aisle in the morning. The parking situation is a bit inconvenient due to the building design. The swimming pool and gym only operate until 7 pm which is quite early.

The locations, the vibes, the private, the service. All excellent. Wifi is good too.

The parking is a bit confusing. I need to try, to figure out that You can park any floor except the basement. But when you exit, You need to go to L and exit from there there to use free parking. So it's better to park on the L floor. the problem is between the sign direction and the floor sign doesn't have the same sign. So carefully when you park.

The size of the room was more than adequate, the convenience of the location, attached to the mall that has enough to offer except cinema, the facilities that were offered from the service apartment were excellent, definitely will come back again for a longer stay. They also had a more affordable longer stay price, which was very convenient for us

The breakfast was just mediocre and there was not much to offer, wish there were more options. There was no view to enjoy from our booked room as it only faces another unit of the apartment.

There is this odor that is a bit dry when you enter the unit. Unpleasant smell that comes out from the trash bin in the kitchen cabinet. Availability of washing machine but no dryer.

Room was spacious, however it needs more sunlight exposure from the window. Aircons are cool and bathroom amenities are amazing.

Dining area for breakfast was kind of small. Kitchen utensils were not the cleanest. Parking was a bit confusing as you have to park on certain floor up high eventhough most of other parking floors were empty.
