The room was out of my expectation. The price is still acceptable for the given facilities. Downstair even have the minimarket to buy something necessary.

Location is perfect. Staffts are very responsive and helpful. Value for money.

When I checked in on 5 November 2023 , around 12.00 PM, the reception was very rude. She acted like security rather than receptionist. I told them that actually we will only use the 2 rooms from 3 rooms that we have paid. We tried to negotiate to use one room for another time but she refused our proposal rudely. Perhaps she needs to be trained once again about the word "hospitality". She can explain it nicely rather than being rude to guest.

cheap but still categorize as a hotel, located in center of BSD city although TBH there are nothing to see in BSD, it's more like suburb of Jakarta. It's offer free car park, free wifi too, also staffs very helpfull

Small room not even have desk and chair(only wall mounted desk), you have to get your drinking water from dispenser outside your room(they give you 1 drinking water bottle) and very limited car park

Clean room, great location in Tangerang Selatan, very friendly staff

Noisy at night, toiletries were minimum. I was asked to pay extra if I needed toothbrush and toothpaste.

Ease of access and hotel location.

Room size is way too small for twin bed.

I like to stay here for simple staycation because the hotel are quite affordable, easy to reach, spacious parking area, and also the staff was so helpful, I remember her name was Ms. Gina Salsabila, she's helping me with the check-in and also she's very kind.

I didn't like the room being musty. Foul smell due to room not being aired and wet towel and bedsheet was damp as well.

It is perfect for people who only needs to get a place to sleep or quick transfer.

The floor was "cleaned", but there is something that they used for the floor; it left an uncomfortable texture on the feet, like greasy or something. We had to wear sandals inside. The bathroom could use a bit more scrubbing.
