The staff there is incredible! They were fast, responsive, and responsible when handling the issues in our previous rooms. We were moved to a room on the 6th floor and it’s much more modern and clean compared to the rooms on the 3rd floor. The rooms on the 6th floor are definitely worth the price! Had a wonderful staycation and wfh days there!

When we first got our room on the 3rd floor, there was a cockroach and the room felt a bit damp and dark, and it felt like they didn’t pay much attention cleaning the nooks and crannies. Thankfully they moved us to the 6th floor room!

various type of breakfast : asian, indonesian, western, pastry all there! staffs were friendly and helpful. my room's interior was also beautiful! (but my friend booked another room and her room's looks different..? not sure why). in their room they have mini bar, kettle, and smart tv (so yeah you can watch n3tflix the app is there on their tv! but you have to login with ur acc) location wise, its not too far from popular venues like AEON or ICE BSD (using online 0jek/taxis).

you can upgrade your room cleanliness. the floor was still a bit dirty, we could see some yellow stains too on our bed sheets and the towels too.. we cant find the complimentary products like tea bags/coffee sachets at first eventho they have a kettle. apparently there's a drawer under it and they store it there 😂. maybe put some sign (?) there, so it would be easier for ur guest to find the complimentary products

The room was very large and comfortable, staff friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The bathtub was broken and would not fill, but I used a towel to temporarily fix the problem.

The wifi! Can’t use the wifi for the duration of the stay. Either they have low bandwidth or everyone in the hotel is downloading movies at the same time. They need to fix the dang wifi!

Room is spacious, mini freezer and hair dyer available in room, complete amnesties and it even has bath tub which is not common for a standard 3 star hotel room.. 2 thumbs for this. Plus beside usual mineral water they also give snacks and soft drinks as compliment..

Breakfast was served in room so.not many option you can choose.. Room cleanliness...still found dust at certain spots like under bed, room corner, bed head board. Towel....need to renew and it smelled not fresh like being used by previous guest before..??

The place is great for vacation stay within urban city...nice surrounding environment for jogging...there are free buses in BSD area for going to different places...

Could not connect to the WiFi in the room...so, we spent our phones' internet credits...

Good location : near restaurant and shopping mall; Staffs were friendly; Our room was very comfort and clean, facilitated by bathtube with hot water; Breakfast was good but I hope it would be more various; I hope someday you can equip the hotel with swimming pool and sky lounge. The breakfast

The price of the laundry is too expensive. You should put the laundry list/form inside the room so that we know the price. There was no hand towel or wash clothes. In the Grand Suite, we supposed to have double set up for the towel. Grand Suite is not a regular room.If you don't put hand towel or wash clothes as a standard set up, at least you provide a kleenex or cheap tissue as a standard set up
