Best Hotel I ever was, the breakfast was the best I ever experienced and I do travel a lot. Many different dishes to chosse from, real good coffee, real fruit juices and each day other dishes. The staff is the friendliest you can imagine. Best Aircon I ever had, individually perfect adjustable. Comfy bed and very clean. Roomservice is fast and delicious. On top is a rooftop Bar and a pool. I specially liked that I could open the window, even I stayed in the 12th floor and the curtans reallyblock light. You don't hear banging doors and in the hallway is carpet. I totally recomend this place

Everything was great including the free breakfast buffet that has many choices. I am especially appreciative of the omelet bar.

This experience was a weird one because it happened at around 7 or 8 pm. There was a lot of noise outside of my room; something was banging at the door. I tried to ignore it, but it went on for quite some time, so I took a look through the peep hole and lo and behold I saw someone up on a ladder (fixing a light fixture perhaps?) and swinging some sort of cable that was banging on the carpeted floor or even the door. Why was it weird? Because any maintenance should not be done at that hour, when some people are back in the rooms ready for sleep.

We stayed few night at this hotel to watch a concert at the ICE BSD city and it was very convenient since it’s just a walk distance. Nice rooftop restaurant to visit but also close to AEON mall to visit with lots of food to choose for dinner or lunch. Hotel facilities are great, beds are so comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, it has variety both Indonesian and western to choose from. The best croissant ever and my daughter left the hotel in tears knowing that she’s going to miss it♥️ Last but not least, staff are very professional and friendly. The check in staff his name’s Reinhart is very helpful and so are the breakfast buffet staff. We definitely will be back next time.

I was amazed by the hospitality from the hotel staff specially at the coffee shop during my bfast. The restaurant manager was so friendly, proffesional n helpful. As well as the waiters incharge on that day april 2nd, 2025 Bfast choices and coffee are great. Many thanks n keep the spirit ON.. Cheers

In room facilities , furnitures, need to be refreshed. Gym facilities need to be improved. Chiller in room not cold enough

The first thing that makes this hotel special is its location. It is INSIDE the ICE BSD exhibition center, making all the other characteristics less relevant. In any case, the room was quite big and clean and also the breakfast was very nice. Also, the staff has proven kind and at our disposal.

Maybe the hotel isn't the newest and it could have a quick refresh but except this there is nothing to highlight.

Hotel General: Cleanliness, very nice hotel staff, room including much personal care products, this was perfect! Breakfast buffet: Lots of choice, Croissants were crispy, which I thought was great as a Central European, the first Hotel after my third trip to Asia!

Breakfest buffet: It was two kind of Cappucino, one cold or one lukewarm. I had to say that i want a hot cofffee, then i got a average warm coffee, but this was okay for me.

The location is literally within ICE BSD, which was ny destination, so it was very convenient. The overall service was great. I've been staying at different Santika hotels in different cities and I'm happy with their standard.

There was only vegan butter at breakfast and it tasted horrible. I don't mind vegan foods, but please ensure that it has the same quality with other food. There was also no hand towel in the bathroom. I found 2 small flies in the bathroom, as well, which I think shouldn't be present in a hotel like Santika.

We appreciate the friendliness of the staff. We also like that the hotel is very close to a shopping mall so it’s easy to buy stuff. I personally like the Tempe Mendoan from the Executive Lounge, it was very tasty. This hotel also provides a baby crib for us at no extra cost.

This hotel could have owned more high chairs for baby at its restaurant. The cleaners could have followed the guest’s request regarding when to clean the room and not ring the door bell when it’s been advised that it’s not the time to clean the room.

Room was clean. Great location, ICE BSD at your doorstep. Near mall too Breakfast has quite some variety, not fancy, but nice. Staffs were all friendly, specially in breakfast area, although it was packed and full, but they are still very handy and always serve with smiles.

I have an early flight and I need to leave the hotel at 6 am. The hotel staffs do make the extra efforts to arrange for early breakfast to be delivered to your room at 6 am. This really touch my heart for their excellent service.
