The hotel is a low-rise white building located among fields and with views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel's main attraction is the large pool which is a hot 'onsen' rather than a cool swimming pool and was a very comfortable refuge from the cool and rainy highland weather when we were there. The room, bathroom and breakfast were all satisfactory. The broad corridors and white decor create a spacious, well-ventilated feel.

The light outside the bedroom window could not be switched off from inside the room, affecting sleep management. The pool floor is rather slippery, (but one can still walk or swim around).

I love The Thermal Swimming Pool The staff are very friendly and helpful I stayed in Yama Resort from the 23rd of December 2022 and check out yesterday the 6th of January 2023. I will come back again and that for sure. I will miss my goodtime in this resort once I got home to Europe

What annoyed me to see the people got in the Swimming Pool with full dress rather than proper swim suit.

Most I like from this hotel is Thermal Pool well designed and the staff are very friendly. The price is reasonable . The hotel is located in the nature with nice view overlooking the rice field.

Staff were all very polite, friendly and nice. Reception staff were able to speak fairly well English. It was quiet and we really enjoyed ourselves playing table tennis and basketball there at night because sunsets around 6 pm and there's nothing much to do at night in the area. Water in shower is strong and hot, it was great. The room size is spacious, and the toilet bowl was clean.

I am afraid of lizards, luckily there wasn't any in the rooms. But there are some really big ones along the reception area and outside the restaurant on the walls. Cleanliness is ok, but there are areas in the room that are dusty still. Some towels are also abit old and had some stains/marks.

The staff were extremely helpful in responding to my request to be down the hall away from noise because I am a light sleeper. Very impressive and respectful

I have an allergy to mold which was in the bathroom. The beautiful floors need polishing, and in the shower.

The weather was excellent. The location was easy to reach. They have little garden that was good for children.

Hot onzen, it's really hot and comforting. The hot water is so nice but the place not. The staff also very nice and helpful.

The onzen place are not well maintained. It has thick moss on its floor, and the surrounding is dark. We asked for the lights to be turn on, but they ignore.The shower outside doesn't work. It really downgrading our expectation.

Nice breakfast and rooms.Bed very comfortable. Staff were lovely.

Pool and area growing alot of mould.Swimming pool green and not safe to swim in. Noisy from wedding guests until morning every night of our stay.. No noise cobtrol.
