The whole staff is amazing and so friendly, especially Janitra from the front desk. We really enjoyed our short stay. The facility’s were great and the location is a great starting point to get around and explore the city. The bed was really comfortable and the room was big and bad everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again, when we visit Manado!

Location with young kids wasn’t the best. Always needed a car ride to get places.

The staff were amazing and the room was so spacious and clean.

It was a little noisy from the outside traffic but only on the evenings of the weekend. Breakfast was limited.

The location

The room is not soundproof..the sound from outside makes me can't not sleep well. The maintenance of the which is consider new hotel is bad.. The shower in the bathroom can not spray the water properly.

On arrival to our room 618, the aircon was on 16 and fan high, but still very hot, I checked the filters in the aircon which was relatively new and it looked like they had never been cleaned, so thick with dust and grime, so I cleaned them, washed the 2 filters and dryed them, straight away the aircon worked perfectly, can't understand why 10 mins of cleaning can do, saves the aircon.. this should be done once a month to all, next the sink in the bathroom leaked badly from underneath, had to call someone to fix that.. next outside my door , at 30 people yelling with children all day, finally that stopped , next trying to go to bed , the above me started what sounded like a dance studio, banging and moving furniture, after several attempts to get reception to try and tell them to quieten it down it continued all night from 10pm to 5 am. Unbelievable.. didn't get any sleep.after 2 nights of this ,we were finally moved to 318.. so so much better.. but quite an ordeal.. John Newham

Hot, noise.. noise... Noise... Management is lacking.. staff were good, they tried, but some people have no respect and care for other guests.. like screaming children running up and down the passages and adults spending hours talking in passage wats and other guests above making so much noise. Very disappointed.. the management need to step in.. clean the air-conditioning units every month for one and try to keep guests in their rooms.
