Lovely modern rooms with clean comfy bed. Clean WC & hot water showers - limited to 6mins of warmth at a time - so brief but efficient. Free water top up in restaurant - super helpful! Wifi was NOT good - and I had to hotspot myself whilst there atleast 60% of the time. Very on/off. We were a little frustrated when it was only reaching 1 bmps download at times. Aside from this, and assuming most don’t have to work whilst holidaying they’ve got a good breakfast options, a nice and slightly overpriced restaurant on site (but I’d say go out to Sun Bae and other local options instead). All styled in a very trendy European aesthetic it’s nice on the eye and functions well. They have all services required - bike rental, day trips and tour guides etc. Airport service is expensive if arranged in advance. Rather connect with them on whatsapp and ask for them to arrange BLUEBIRD taxi service which is really cost efficient. Much better. - Nice little place friendly staff - Nice massage house across the road (Family Relax) - ATM and shops close by - Visit SUN BAE area after 1700 for sundown

Overall very good hotel with really nice interior design. Rooms are spacious, clean, with very good AC and bathroom. Staff are super friendly as almost everyone in Manado. Excellent value for money.

Wi-Fi is the only weak spot of this hotel. Not just because it is unstable , this is not such an issue. For me the bigger issue was that every time you leave the room or not use computer for few minutes, connection is lost. As a result, you have to log on again by writing both password and username every time. In my 5 days at hotel, I had to log more than 50 times on phone and laptop. This was just annoying and I talked to lady manager about it. Lets see if they will change this issue.

S Loft became a wonderful respite from much more basic accomodation. It was lovely to have such a large room with stylish amenities and a king size bed. Staff are very well trained and go out of their way in a natural way to be helpful and friendly. The food was good. It was walking distance to the Immigration Office which was helpful for me for my Visa Extension.

Stayed here for a night in the Cozy room I think, just before the airport however: - Rooms and hotel in general found it to be very clean - Shower has hot water and very good pressure - Bed was comfortable - Welcome drink on arrival - Staff very friendly - Good breakfast, local dishes available along with fruit, toast, eggs / omelettes, salads and tea/cofeee - Free COLD water refill - Property makes efforts towards a sustainable approach (refillable glass water bottle in rooms instead of plastic and other ways too) - Bathroom decor was nice

There was an odd smell in the corridor outside our room. Not sure what it was but not a huge deal could not smell it in our room upstairs, 107

Very nice, comfortable rooms with modern design. Staff was very welcoming and accomodated our special request with a smile. The restaurant offered a nice selection of (vegetarian) food. Walking distance to the next Indomaret and short Grab ride from Mantos / Megamas.

The church next door was audible on Sunday morning, but not too early and not bad. Besides that everything was great and we will for sure be back. Best choice in Manado when travelling on a budget.

stylish hotel, nice and helpful staff, we did not hear a lot of street noise, maybe because of the location of our room. shower and water pressure was great. great value for money! location may not be the very best but with the blue buses you can get anywhere easily and inexpensive

we did not enjoy the breakfast at all, this could be improved a lit (fried rice tasted bad, jam was only sugar no taste at all, vegetarian rice would have been nice and for sure better)

Very stylish hotel and tastefully decorated rooms. Good WiFi, drinking water provided for free 24/7. Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities and some tasty food at the restaurant. Area is convenient as you can get anywhere with Grab.

We couldn't usr any of the two TVs-very bad quality image, only a handfull of channels in Indonesian. Noisy traffic all the time (especially motorbikes and cars playing loud music) because the hotel is on a busy road.

The staff were always very polite and friendly and gave the place a good vibe. Nice breakfast buffet. The rooms have nice decor. Good value for money overall.

The shower remains hot for only about 5 minutes. The AC is weak and never gets the room nicely chilled.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, the food is tasty (outstanding breakfast with a lot of choice!), and the staff is very kind. We stayed one night at the beginning of the trip and we came back to stay again at the end of it because we had a very good experience.

Great concept, clean and lovely staff. Has all the amenities you would need and is a great base to travel around the area. Good AC and also a big window for fresh air. We stayed 3 times to reset between exploring and loved it so much we kept coming back.
