Everything was perfect - cleanliness, comfort, staff, huge windows in the room, and the place was simply wonderful - views of the mountains and mysterious temples.

Actually I stayed three days but with different bookings. My first stay I got a very nice room with excellent cleanliness. But on the second stay I got a different room that has lower cleanliness.

I hope they can keep the highest standar to all if their room. The breakfast selection was quite limited to Indonesian/Manado food. Although it was delicious, I missed some western food on my third morning.

Brilliant hotel. Very luxurious, with swimming pool and excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms and beds. Very good aircon. Outside of center Manado, but Luwansa makes that up for luxury. Regarded as tophotel in Manado.

Nothing. Just keep in mind it is not in the heart of the city. But staff organise transport as well.

I liked the facilities of this hotel. The room ambiance was warm that could lead you to relax. The flatscreen tv worked best with lots of channels. The floor was carpeted so you won't get your feet cold. The bathroom was clean with complete toiletries. The shower worked both for hot and cold water with good water pressure. The towels they gave were dry and clean. The check in and check out process was fast and great. The wifi speed was good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The parking area was secure. This hotel had lots of breakfast options from asian to western food. For groceries, you can reach Indomaret with 10 minutes walk.

It would be great if they provided pick-up and drop-off service to the airport. But even so, you definitely can order grab car from this location. There was not pharmacy/clinic nearby. The food stalls were far, it took time to walk, so you need to rely on online ojek like gojek or grab.

Everything was perfect. It's just a luxury hotel for little money. Very clean. New plumbing. Excellent breakfast. I left my favorite T-shirts in the room, came back a few days later, they bring its back to me.
