Spacious Family room. Nicely landscaped swimming pool (a bit cold). Very friendly staff

Sofa would be nice in the family room. We also missed having a terrace. There are no restaurants or any development close to the hotel. Centrum of Ubud is only 9km away but it can take you up to 1h in the afternoon/night!

Enjoyed our stay overall. Staff were very attentive and pleasant throughout the stay, they couldn't do enough for you whether it was help to find a taxi, laundry, booking spa massage, charge your phone - nothing was a hard task for them. Rooms were large, clean & comfortable with a balcony as well as a spacious & tidy bathroom. Couldn't fault housekeeping.

Breakfast was great however I felt sometimes it was too much, as there wasn't a proper option for a la carte, it was mostly 'set menu' breakfasts which included some sort of french toast or pastry to start followed by cooked items - so if you don't want a heavy breakfast, it seems like a lot of food, but completely our own preference & opinion. Area to get to the hotel is odd as it is down a dirt track so quite hard at night to locate for taxis etc.

Location was great, very rural. Staff very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Villa was very spacious and pretty good value for money.

Breakfast was good, it would be better to have a few more options and variety rather than set meals (eg other coffees, cappuccinos, Americanos, omelettes and food options) included given it was included in the price rather than extras.

Clean and neat facility, well maintained. Rooms are decent size with good balcony. Good linen. Restaurant offers decent choices of food; medium cost, approximately IDR 100k per meal. Breakfast has 3 options/choices. There are 4 villas each with 4 rooms, total of 16 rooms. Villas are in the middle of paddy fields, so view is nice during the crop season.

Last stretch of the road (100 meters) is rough. Dependency on their restaurant for food, as there are no nearby restaurants. One must have their own transportation. This is the flip side of having your hotel in the middle of fields/village away from the main streets.

The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location wise it is pretty fair away from ubud. Suggest hiring a scooter to make travel easy.

The hotel is even more beautiful than in the pictures - truly a wonderful peaceful place to retreat to just outside of the craziness of Ubud’s centre. The staff were so warm and friendly and made our family feel welcome from the first moment. The food (especially breakfast!) was delicious and the cool breeze and view from the upstairs restaurant was magical. We would return in a heartbeat.

I loved the staff. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

We stayed at a two bedroom villa with a private pool and wherever the shower on the first floor was used it leaked water into the ground floor bathroom which was build directly underneath the first floor bathroom. It was a bit of a nuisance. Further, there are no restaurants nearby so you have to rely on the restaurant in the hotel which was fine but if you’re there for longer may be you’d like to have some variety.

The room was nice and comfortable, the staff was excellent and the property provides a lots of on-site services, breakfast was really tasty as well! The place was nice and quiet and away from the busy Ubud center! The staff was really helpful as I needed help on the day to find the tour for the next day and they were so quick at helping me to find something.

The only thing is the small road that leads to the hotel is a bit bumpy, and my room felt a little humid however, the staff helped to relocate me to another one and it was great so no complain!

a little bit far from the city center! but still nice, clean, comfortable and cosy. a good place to stay if you travel around Bali island.

restaurant is not a restaurant at all is a good bistro or cafe! they should improve the menu. breakfast is very very simple! due our stay we preferred to eat outside.

Staff so so Cleanliness good Facilities ok Comfort level ok Location wise quiet, away from most main tourist attraction. Tourist need to use transport service consistently. Villa mirah is ~10 mins away (grab bike) from city centre, which offered a much-needed peace from Ubud. There was a welcome drink on arrival, which was sweet, and depending on the day, a basket of fruits provided in the hotel room. The private pool was awesome, 2 levels of privacy with a kitchenette and drinking water provided (2 x 200ml drinking water in each attached bathroom). One of the rooms come with a bathtub too, so ideas include bringing bath salts, bath bombs etc. we loved our private pool, it’s by no way big, though it was fun having a dip, ordering the floating breakfast, sitting and chilling. Overall a nice experience!

Bugs, Might be better if washing machine is provided 😜
