Absolutely loved everything about it, and the staff made it an extra special stay. From the amenities, to the way they took into consideration every little detail to make our stay an unforgettable one was something I really value. Shows how great the hotel is being managed. The staff was really sweet and gave us insights into where to visit, what to do and even arranged a little scooter for us to go around Ubud. The room was comfortable, the pool was really nice and it felt like home staying at Kailash Suites. Kudos to the team for such amazing service! Don’t hesitate booking this place. Food menu needs to be updated. Spa

It’s was such a comfortable place to stay. Nice and quiet and lots of natural light in the room. The bed was amazing to sleep in. The Nasi goreng was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay as much as I could as I was sick the day after so I couldn’t do what I had planned to do and had to stay in bed. Thank god is was a comfy bed. The staff were amazing! It was also my birthday the day after my first night stay and the staff brought me pancakes with a candle on which was a really nice touch. Thank you so much :)

The menu was too heavy for my liking. I would have liked to see smoothie bowls on there seeing as bali in abundant with fruit.

The pool was lovely, staff happy and friendly and it was quiet and peaceful.

Wasn’t close to the tourist attractions and there was mould in the glass tray. Shower didn’t drain well and the water pressure was soft.

Everything is beyond perfect. The rooms are big and clean. The food is great. And the staff absolutely amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you and make your stay the best you can have. Exceptional.

The rooms are nice

Breakfast could be better You have to book your breakfast the night before and it’s served from 8am. So if you want to do something that is earlier than 8am, you don’t get breakfast.

fabulous hotel. all the staff are friendly and very helpful. the pool is large enough to get some lengths in. the rooms are relatively modern and clean. we really enjoyed our stay here. we also took advantage of the spa facility and got a full body massage which was epic.

location isn’t brilliant. 20 mins moped ride to ubud centre and monkey forest

The staff are all nice and very helpful. The room is clean and cozy. The place is generally peaceful and perfect for those who just want to relax and breathe from the busy city life. Great value for money.

Don't forget to apply insect repellent if you plan to stay outside a bit longer especially at night.

This is a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was gorgeous. I enjoyed the hot shower and found the shower products provided really hydrated my skin and curly hair. The food was good and the on-site masseuse too. The staff are delightful and so lovely. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for an escape as it is a little out of the way of the town, but you will experience peace and relaxation here.

I really liked it here but there were a couple of things that could be introduced. Firstly, maybe more on-site activities aside from massages only. Secondly, I ordered food to the room but then this was only collected when I ordered food to the room again/during the daily room cleaning.

(However, I’m confident the staff would have resolved it quickly if I had requested a change.) • Limited Dining Options: Though the food was excellent, having more variety on the menu would enhance the dining experience.
