The stuff was really friendly and the rooms and the total place was really clean. We booked a Suite and it had everything you need for a stay for few days. The pool was nice as well! We made one massage there, it was really good and 150k is a good price for a massage in the hotel (the spa has no AC tough…) All in all it was totally okay and we really enjoyed our stay there.

The location. There is not really a lot around. I checked on google maps before, but there is literally nothing. If you have a motorbike than that‘s ok (8-10 minutes and you are in areas with some bars, rrstaurants et…). Pandawa beach is not really special. There are much nicer beaches in Uluwatu. The breakfast was ok, but not really special. You can decide between 3 options (the same everyday…). They have good chefs in the kitchen, i think they could do a bigger range at the breakfast.

When thinking about an accommodation in Bali, Puri Pandawa is exactly what you're thinking: spacious and cozy rooms, the most beautiful garden and green all around, fantastic pool and incredible people. The room is large and very clean, has a safe deposit box, a kettle and toiletries. The whole garden is full of beautiful flowers and greenery. The pool is great, perfect for adults and kids, also. The staff is incredible, so nice and helpful: they took care of our laundry, booked a transfer to Ubud, helped us with tickets and a guide for the Kecak dance at Uluwatu temple. They also have a shuttle bus to Pandawa beach free of charge. The food is very tasty and delicious, the breakfast has plenty of options. The sunsets from the pool are fantastic. We loved our stay here! Highly recommend staying here when visiting the area!

The location is a bit remote, meaning that you would need a car/scooter to go to the beach/store/town nearby, so walking is not really an option. But if you are OK with not staying in the middle of the craziness, this is not an issue.

Beautiful surroundings and tranquil which was ideal for relaxing. Amazing spacious rooms (one bed villa) and huge bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower. Toiletries provided and rooms cleaned everyday (we were here 3 nights) and water bottles replenished daily. We even had the local monkeys visit us on our terrace in the morning and evening which was amazing. Infinity pool was warm and loved the view. We ate in the restaurant (very reasonable) and food was great. Also at breakfast with a good choice (so not sure why others have complained). We booked relaxation massage in the morning of our departure and it was the best massage I have ever had. Private shuttle to Pandawa beach and we visited Roosterfish for dinner one evening- definitely recommend as food was amazing. About 30 minute drive to Uluwatu beach/padang Padang beach but Grab is readily available and very cheap so location not an issue for us. Overall and amazing stay with the more helpful and friendly staff - thank you Puri Pandawa we will certainly recommend you!

Nothing - you will not be disappointed if you stay here

We were looking for a resort to plant our butts at and relax and this did it 100% spot on. We never actually made it to the beach or other areas because we were so comfortable at the resort. The room was much bigger than expected and very comfortable, the pool was a delight to relax at, and all of the meals we had at the restaurant were excellent.

They did some construction/maintenance next to our villa for the better part of the day which was a little annoying, but it was after the first rain of the wet season so I guess that is expected. Not a big deal.

Excellent friendly and polite team. Very accessible, flexible, they were there for any questions or request I had. Even during Nyepi, I had a good time thanks to them and their guidance. Clean and nice pool. Depending on what you are after from your stay, Puri Pandawa Resort could be ideal. Calm and relatively remote, it's about 30min motorcycle drive from the "central" Uluwatu

Nothing related to Puri Pandawa Resort, but at the time of my stay, the nearest beach (Pantai Pandawa) was not suitable for surfing / not having any rental facilities. I just had to go further away to find what I was after.

The property is situated in a lovely, quiet area with lots of vegetation. Wonderful wifi and room with all necessary amenities, fridge and coffee making station. Beautiful pool with rim flow is perfect to cool off with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. Staff very helpful and we ordered scooter from hotel at very reasonable price. Stunning breakfast and welcome drink on arrival. Hotel exactly as photos on booking.com....would definately recommend

I was looking for peace and quiet at the end of my Bali trip and this resort is exactly that - very peaceful. The staff is wonderful, always kind and smiling. The place is very clean and I was especially impressed by the housekeeping while I was having breakfast, so efficient!

You hear everything that’s happening around the resort so sleeping can be challenging if you’re a light sleeper. There could also be more food options.

It’s a small, cozy hotel, you feel like being on a jungle village, with a tiny bungalows, small infinity pool and the breakfast served in the garden area! The staff is very friendly, helpful and ready to arrange anything you need!

The bathroom was quite big but there were no hangers inside. The light was very fuzzy, and there was no possibility to make the room brighter (I needed it for the photo shot makeup)

it’s a beautiful hotel in a quiet location. The room was spacious and clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The pool was lovely and warm and always quiet.

Puri Pandawa resort is about a 10 minute ride from the closest beaches, so I had to get taxis to and from the hotel which the hotel arrange but it can cost a lot of money. You can hire motorcycles though but as a solo traveler I didn’t feel it was safe.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The massage is exceptional. The linens and the towels are very clean and the towels are changed every day.

The breakfast is below avarage. The croissants are reheated and they become very hard. The coffee is not good. The cleaning is made superficial, in 5 minutes. There are cobwebs everywhere. The dust on the shelves hasn't been wiped. The curtains on the bed and the door are very dirty, they are blackened. The faucets are full of limescale and look very bad. The glass wall of the shower hasn't been cleaned. Even if they don't want to use cleaning chemicals, there are natural alternatives, such as vinegar, to remove limescale. The location is not good. It's quite far from everything.
