The hotel is up to standards, has good room, excellent breakfast. The staff is very polite.

The location is in remote area, to go to the life area you need to hire a car with driver (by yourself through online). Or to go somewhere you still need a hired car. Blue bird does not operate in this area. There is no restaurants or cafes to eat around. So depend on hotel food all the time. Hotel is up on the hills, its good for newly weds from GCC, or good for families with kids to enjoy the pool, mountain cool wetaher..

We had a fabulous 10 days here. Discounts on everything because we were “long stay guests”. Staff were so nice, friendly, professional and accommodating. Views are spectacular and no shortage of things to do. We didn’t get through all on offer, because we were determined to relax. The restaurant manager, Joseph, had a very good handle on English and made every effort to ensure we were happy, having fun or enjoying our food. We felt we got to know him, and will miss him dearly. Sefa and Tina were also a delight to see each time we went for a meal in the Banyan Restaurant, and like all Pesona staff, never made us feel at fault during clumsy English exchanges. I’d like to learn some Indonesian and return some day. Great for families (with young kids or teens) or couples. If you enjoy good food, nature and a little luxury, you can’t go wrong with Pesona Alam.

There were a couple of maintenance issues that meant I can’t give it 10/10 (ie. we had to tighten screw of shower head before every shower, and carpeted games rooms have mould odour) but for the most part extremely classy accommodation.

•Location is nice with nice view from everywhere at the hotel • the staff very kind and polite at the reception especially Mr. Ahmed (Abu Mohammed) he is very helpful • restaurant have great arrangement and food distribution with variety of food for all nationalities and ages. Restaurant staff very polite and helpful we met (Siffya) she was helpful and greet full.

• Some times we could hear the noise from other villas or people staying outside and there is no sound insulation inside the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pesona Alam Resort, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. One of the highlights for our family was the heated children's swimming pool, set at a perfect 32 degrees. It made for hours of fun for the kids! The kids' corner was also fantastic, offering plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The resort itself is vast, with a range of facilities that truly require a full day to explore. From beautiful gardens to various recreational options, there’s something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Pesona Alam Resort for a memorable family getaway!

the staff are nice , the view is great, many activities for kids are available,and location is very close to Safari puncak.

our room was very close to the ladder for service so we felt like we had no privacy because anyone who took the stairs could see us clearly ,the breakfast needs more varieties including more than one kind of cheese and bread and the tea is awful and cold

Our villa was very nice and clean. They also served some snacks and beverages for free! The kids were thrilled coz our villa was very near to the pool. The rooms were very comfy. They provided stove, cooking utensils, microwave and free flow mineral water. The surrounding were the best! It's calming with fresh air. You can stroll around the complex of Pesona Alam (there are 2 hotels, nice cafe and The Lake House resto) with your family in the morning or afternoon to enjoy the serenity of nature.

The TV size was quite small and the network was not very good.

The best thing was the quick response from the kind very friendly duty manager MR. Pian’s by changing our Villa due to phone issue.., who was always there for any small need ( I really appreciate his effort ) The garden view where the Villa is The hotel lobby and Mountain View is very nice The mini zoo it’s perfect and had many nice animals which can be fed by kids for some entrance money

The place is very nice with friendly staff but one was so exceptional among all and her name was Syiffa. Her smile and friendly attitude makes you like the whole environment. When we tried to pay by card and payment failed several times, she was clever enough and brought another bank device where things went so smooth. She is thoughtful and knows how to deal with guests. I would like to thank the Hotel management for hiring so likable person like Syiffa. Salih Saudi Arabia

The view is breathtaking! Food was excellent! The villa is very spacious, with beautiful garden with complete amenities, swimming pool is also excellent! The lobby is also offering beautiful view! Excellent!

The hotel maps provided is not very clear, not informative and not very communicative, there is no clear information about renting a bicycle and other activities. No stove at the villa, the cutleries is also not enough to accomodate more than 3 guests, some of the paint on wall are wrecked, all of them should be repainted soon. Also some parts of the floor are wrecked too. Food is really pricey and too expensive! Access from the villa to the lobby is very far and too difficult by foot.

The hotel has a nice location, with many good facilities. It is a little bit far away from anything else, so arrange for a car for your extra activities. The staff is amazing, everything is very good, the views, the services... etc.

I preferred a wider range of plates in the restaurant, especially on the open buffet day.
