This place was fantastic! Found it after leaving another hotel in the area due to be being so disappointed. The staff was absolutely the best we have experienced. They were always there to help and were very friendly. The room was beautiful with a view of the volcano. The pools were huge. The food was great and the restaurant was really nice. The front desk helped us get a driver that worked out great. All in all this was a great hotel. The best part was that we were nearly alone for most of our stay!

Beautiful location up in mountains. Property was gorgeous with room balcony looking over mountains and mount merapi volcano and you can also see Prambanan temples

Beautiful hotel. Very big rooms. Great view of the Merapi and Prambanan. Superb pool with briljant t view. Food also good but when staying long the. Variation would be nice.

A lot of things where out of stock. No more coke. No more springroles. No more beer. We ordered grab instead.

Incredible view towards Mt. Merapi. Room is spacious, with comfortable sofabed and viewing balcony. Hospitable staffs. Clean, convenient bathroom. We got amenities we need in the room.

Average FnB. Our travel companion got their room on 5th floor, with broken AC and smelly drainage. They also need to redo checkin on the next day, even though they book for 2 nights from the start.

The service was very good, really unexpected level of service for the middle of Indonesia Beds are very comfy

The public toilet nearby lobby needs a little love. Would be nice if they can clean it a bit and put some room fragrance, ensure the housekeeping checking the cleanliness and toilet paper.
