The vibe is nice with a beautiful little garden. Super quiet place next to a busy street. I surely came to rest here.

I stayed here a year ago and this second visit was almost the same but in a very slight worse state. I hope they'll give the place a little bit more attention so it won't get worse. The shower wasn't the best but it was okay. The bathroom needs some renovation as a floor tile was loose which collected a bunch of water after showering, which started to become a bit smelly. The sink and glasses on top weren't the cleanest. At some point there was no water to refill and the cups and glasses for coffee and tea were old and stained. Please, it needs more attention, such a shame because the place is really beautiful and peaceful.

Good location as it is in the alley of a touristic/backpacker street. (Also coffee places with western breakfast options). A lot of nice restaurants to choose from. Live music. An ATM in the street. A ventilator and airco in the room. Coffee and tea in the garden.

Shower takes a long time to get warm (but when it does it is really nice) You have to ring the bell every time to get back inside the hostel. This was not really a problem, the owners live across, but I just felt bad bothering them in the evening.

It is located near Prawirotaman Street, known as western part of Yogyakarta because foreigners mostly stay here. Near the building, there are laundry shops, convenience stores, café and restaurants, and street food stalls, and also BNI ATM machine. The hotel gives calm atmosphere and provides communal living space with decent coffee and tea. Every room has its own terrace that I use to spend time reading. The staffs are very friendly and they do pay attention to the safety of their guests, make sure that we are okay and give safety advice.

The hot water doesn't work properly, it seems like you must wait for several minutes for it. The hotel is located in the small alley that create hassle if you arrive by car ride, but even so, you just need to stop at the front of the small alley and walk for two minutes.

Friendly staff, they kept a clean room and helped us book day trips. The rooms and hostel in general look nice and have a nice interior (and we had a beautiful wall painting in our room). The hostel itself is situated at a busy street with a lot of food and drink options. We had a nice dinner at Warung Heru & Via Via and good coffee and breakfast at the opera cafe. If you have time (and are fit) we recommend the Merbabu trekking tour.

The bathroom was quite old.

Good location close to restaurants and not too far from Yogya center. Look, if you are looking for a fancy hotel with lots of comfort then look further, but if you need a hotel which has the basics just to rest, shower and sleep then this is a very nice place.

Nothing actually; the price was in line with what we got.

The atmosphere was nice, especially for the small garden. This hostel is in an area full of restaurants, café and places where it is cosy to meet in the night

We have not been able to understand where to have breakfast, because apparently it is served in a hotel nearby but we didn't find it

Cheap, great location, room was ok, we had coffee available for breakfast and unlimited water. Not great by any means but does the job perfectly

A few ants in the bathroom, nobody at the reception most of the time (even though someone was coming to open when we rang)

Cute hostel, right next to my favorite Bar in Yogyakarta.

The staff barely spoke any English, so communication was a little bit difficult at times.

Good location, surrounded by multiple restaurants and bars with live music. The room is fine and clean. You can get a breakfast buffet in the other hotel for 40k. Owner lives across the street and is very helpful
