The location was close to Ambarrukmo Plaza. There is a bridge connecting the hotel and the mall, although keep in mind that it's open for public use, not oy private for hotel guests. The room is relatively small but quite comfortable. The breakfast are good. The best part of the hotel are the people working there. They are all attentive, professional and helpful. A big thank you for the reception who managed to give us connecting rooms even in the last minute request.

It is very confinience hotel, not too big and not too crowded, the room is excelentt, spacious and very nice design. Breakfast was good, there were quite a lot of choices and taste good. Location wise, very comfy and there are a lot of shops surrounding.

Everything was good...no complain

The hotel is conveniently located right near Royal Ambarukmo and Plasa Ambarukmo Mall. The only downside is that there is a noticeable smell of smoke in the room. It's perplexing how smoking is permitted in rooms with air conditioning.

The white towels provided had an unpleasant smell, and appeared to have discolored (darkened) over time.

It could not be better. Breakfast was the best indonesia has to offer. I ate so many good food without the risk of getting sick. Hotel was new, rooms and everything was perfect. Also it is just next to a huge mall, you can find anything you need. I wish i could stay in this hotel in every city i visited.

I will nitpick so that this part is not empty: - Tea-coffee service during breakfast was not very flowing. if you want to drink, you should be either lucky or find the serving personnel yourself - My check-in personnel spoke english but i didn't understand most of the things. I came another time to find another person to ask the details. which turned out to be okay.

The location is very good especially the connecting bridge to Ambarrukmo Plaza which provides a comfortable path to find the food stalls, restaurants, shops. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty and delicious with various menus. The room was comfortable and fairly big.

The sink on the bathroom is too shallow that the water splashed out when the water tap is opened.

The room is spacious and clean, comfortable bed, great amenities. Breakfast was great with many selections including local Yogya menus. Location is ideal not too busy but connected to Ambarukmo Mall.

Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms and Hotel, Very kind and helpful Reception & Front Office Staff. Beautiful View from my 7th-floor room. Fantastic Breakfast all kinds of variety from Western to Indonesian, and local Yogyakarta food. Covid secure environment . I am particularly indebted to the Night Manager Mr. Rahmat who kindly picked me up from the station at 3.55 AM, advised me about local travels, etc & looked after me thereafter. Mr. Rahmat was a kind man indeed. As I checked out Mr. Rifqi from reception was also kind and sent me off with a box of Breakfast Pasteries for my onward train journey. We cannot ask for any more kindness. I am a happy guest and a happy customer.

The bar could be a bit more engaging .. but not a big issue. It's not their fault that not many people go to the hotel bars.

A big fan of their buffet restaurant. You can find everything you want and staff is really nice. The location is convenient with pedestrian bridge access to a shopping mall.

The swimming pool is too small and too crowded. Other than that everything is good. I enjoy my stay with my son.

the hotel is very modern, clean, nice staff, location close to a big plaza and the main road to go to city centre
