Nice location. Big room and a living room. Good equipment. Easy to find A coffee shop included. Fortunately because it’s the only place where the WiFi works properly.

The WiFi doesn’t work at all at all. It’s a lie to say they have WiFi. They don’t answer to the questions on their email via booking .com.

+ simple, but comfortable rooms + staff very responsive - when we arrived, there were some things missing, but they fullfilled all of our requests

- Lot of mosquitos - but we asked the staff to fix mosquito net in the bathroom and they immidiately did it! - Bathrooms could be cleaner - It's not on google maps, so navigation to and from the guesthouse by go-car was quite tricky, better search for some place nearby like warung soto next door

It's quiet in general. Love the location, which is a bit off of the busy road, especially during school holiday. It might be a different story when all the schools in its surroundings are fully operational. Check in and out were simple and easy. The room is fairly big. It feels rather homy overall. The staffs were friendly, generous, and helpful.

The building is a bit old and run down. The room could use a good spring cleaning to get rid of the dust bunnies in the corners. My room was a bit dark because it only has one window facing the main road. One of the night lamps was broken, couldn't turn it on.

Room and bathroom were dirty, very outdated and smelly. Towels and bedsheets were washed (we hope!) but stained. Requested for a change of towels but new set was also stained. Matrass was hard and old. Internet in the room was shaky - more ok in common areas. Looks much better in the pictures than in real life. Would not stay there again.

Not much. WiFi was good.

We arrived and they didn't give us the rooms we had paid for, we had booked a standard room and a suit and they gave us two standard rooms and refused to change it even though we had the booking information. The staff were rude and surly. We were there for four days and the problem wasn't rectified. Staff refused to help find me a doctor when I got sick, it wasn't until two days later when there was a change of staff that one member helped and contacted a doctor.
