I was booking in advance, months before my arrivals to get a room with aountain view.. on the day I'm arrived and the staff telling me no room with the mountain view avalaible infact theres no news or email what so ever to tell me there's no room avalaible, other wise I will look for another hotel for it as I want to take a photo in the early morning with a mountain view, for a long distance journey I have no memories from this hotel room at all and I disappointed, but I still give you a good rate for other things, thank you

The service was excellent.. All staffs are really helpful, polite and fast response. It deserves the 4 star hotel service quality. We noticed that it just recently changed the management, I didn't know how was the previous management, but i can say now is all excellent. 4 nights stayed there without change to other hotel and enjoyed Yogyakarta. The price and facilities are really worth it.

The location is not really close to the center like Malioboro, but with online taxi now is so much easier to access.

This place is legit cozy and has a premium feel. After some time on the road going from hotel to hotel, I ended my stay in Indonesia here. A great place for a traveller. I slept well. Had a good breakfast. The shower is great. Love the tiles. Extra: they personally helped me check in 5AM after I arrived from Surabaya. Just had to write it down in my booking note. Cheers to that, guys.

As someone who isn't from Yogyakarta, you might want to visit the city center. In terms of location, this hotel is situated about 30 mins from the center of things. Just get on a Grab. It's not long, but for the considered distance, the traffic here gets to you. However, ask the hotel staff how to get around and they'll politely help you: they told me how to get to Sleman City Hall, where I could take the Damri shuttle service to the YIA airport (80k Rupiah). You can also ask that same Damri station to arrange a trip for you to Borobudur.

Overall, this place can book again. Room is clean, bed is clean. Room clean and no smoke smell. Easy reach train station which you can take the train directly to airport. Never wrong, value for money.

I think shower area can improve, prevent water get floor wet.

Everything, The Staffs are one of the most polite and kindest staff I've ever seen. They are truly welcoming, and for the price, it's a no brainer

The Shampoo and Soap quality aren't that nice

Very comfortable, the staff is very nice, they try to provide everything i need, universal plug, iron, massage. Food wise is also good. I enjoyed the stay.

Hotel location is close to city. Rooms are clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Little expensive for that what you get, and at the breakfast the refill rate is really slow, need to wait long and the juice is mostly water than juice.
