Impeccable service by all staff - courteous and helpful no matter the issue. The room (2- bedroom suite) was perfect - clean, spacious, comfortable. This will be my go-to as far as hotels in Baghdad go. The pricing is better than others. Beware of other hotels that have formidable lobbies but mediocre (or worse rooms). Shaheen Hotel did not disappoint.

firstly the hotel staff were very polite, helping, well mannered and gave a homely feeling. The hotel was extremely clean and room service was done routinely everyday, facilities were very good, everything was new and hygiene standards were very high. Morning breakfast was good.

Breakfast could have been better but still the staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful...A bar would have been excellent.

It was a good experience and I hope to repeat it in the future. The staff is cooperative and understanding. The location is good and close to the entertainment village of Degla and Al-Arasat Street. Breakfast is varied and good. I hope they maintain the same level with my appreciation and respect for them.

Most helpful staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Mr Nasir will handle everything for you from arranging tours to airport transportation. The front desk staff were also wonderful. The hotel's airport driver even took the initiative to expedite my immigration process (ask for Mr Nihad for airport pickup). Great location as well.

I loved that I was given a large comfortable room. The hotel was clean. I felt safe. There is a restaurant down stairs. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful.

I had to take a taxicab to get to anywhere I needed to go. Taxicab drivers are challenged with directions.
