Ahhhh Beautiful Magical Dingle! With THIS Breathtaking view from our lovely, charming B&B! From the moment we stepped in the door of The Lighthouse, we were treated like long lost friends! Family in fact! Dermot & Jack not only welcomed us from a long drive from Doolin, (we are from Cleveland Ohio, in Ireland for 11 days, this was our 3rd stop) but made sure we were comfortable & well cared for, for our entire stay! AND THAT VIEW!! We were in room 6! The B&B is charming, well appointed and immaculately clean! The breakfast is delicious and the choices are pure Irish! Made with love and care! The intentional decor and warmth of each detail, this darling place made me never want to leave! The Lighthouse will now be tradition whenever we are in Dingle! Thank You Dermot & Jack! Looking forward to seeing you again soon!!

Loved everything about it!!

The property was immaculate, and comfortable to stay at in every way- really making guests feel at home. But what really made the experience stand out was the host. From the moment we booked, he was warm. responsive and accommodating. We were running late for check in time and the host stayed to greet us and gave several local recommendations that turned out great. The location was perfect-peaceful , yet close to everything we needed. We stayed in several vacation rentals on this trip and this one set the standard. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, charm, and outstanding hospitality, look no further. We will definitely return.

The Lighthouse was pretty, the facility was clean and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with the interesting added touch of a splash of Bailey's Irish Creme to the porridge (oatmeal) with fresh fruit. The croissants were flavorful, soft and flaky, unlike most we had at other locations. The Lighthouse has beautiful views of the water. It's a bit far from downtown for walking, but a taxi was easily available to take us into the heart of downtown for dinner. The owner was very pleasant and offered us a nightcap, which we enjoyed.

The shower temperature was too hot for my comfort.

Dermot was an excellent host, friendly, generous, and genuinely welcoming. He even took me on a private tour of some local landmarks, which wasn’t part of the package. You rarely come across that level of personal hosting. The weather was beautiful during my stay, and the accommodation was excellent, with stunning views and a very comfortable setup. It’s in a fantastic location too, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Dingle. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, especially Dermot’s famous porridge. It was a glorious stay from start to finish and I'll certainly be back.

The Lighthouse is a delightful B&B in Dingle! Dermot was a phenomenal host, he paid close attention to every last detail even making sure there was gluten free bread alongside the fresh baked croissants at breakfast. Location was amazing, the view of Dingle was fantastic and everything was easy to get to. He provided good recommendations of where to go and what to see. Despite being obviously very busy he still took the time to visit jovially with every guest. He had everyone totally intrigued when he passed on his excitement the day of the All Ireland Hurling match between Clare and Cork. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lighthouse, we will be back!

Simply amazing!! What a comfortable, clean, and fabulously designed bed and breakfast. The owner was so welcoming offering a glass of wine and water as we checked in. The owner also give great information of things to do in town such as pet baby sheep. My 2 year old son just had a blast played with Coco the cat and we woke up to specifically bought Children’s breakfast items. What a special place . We will one day come back to Dingle just to stay here. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely adorable. I haven’t met nicer, more helpful owners anywhere else. Breakfast was delicious! Americans - be aware that air conditioning is not the norm - I bring a small bedside fan with me for air flow.

That I didn’t have longer to stay!

From start to finish our stay was just fabulous. We were greeted by Dermot and he was a lovely, happy, gent of a man. He couldn't have been kinder to us. We were able to walk to the town no bother and it didn't take us long at all, and there was a very convenient car park outside the B&B also. The room was beautiful and absolutely spotless. It had a beautiful view and it was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and everything was just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Lighthouse B&B, many thanks!

There was nothing we didn't like, it was perfect in every way!

We only stayed one night at the Lighthouse, to meet with family in Dingle town. But we were pleased with our spacious twin room (double bed and single) which looked out over the harbour, and would have been happy to stay longer if our plans (and Storm Ernesto) had permitted. The BnB is well situated to explore Dingle on foot, and has adequate on-site parking for a car, which is a bonus. The beautiful Dingle Peninsula loop is an easy drive or cycle away.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room. Instead we had breakfast in Dingle rather than pay extra at the guest house.

The property is gorgeous, location perfect, views spectacular, and the room is comfy. The owner is incredibly friendly and courteous. It started with a fast accommodation of our dietary preferences, which I shared quite late. Dermot went out of his way to make our stay memorable, including an incredible guided tour around Sleigh Head peninsula. We will most certainly be back as we have enjoyed our stay immensely. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Dingle!
