The breakfast is fantastic, full of choices and top quality foods. The hotel also provides packed breakfasts for those who need to leave before 6:30am. Furthermore, you can have both lunch and dinner in the structure. The location of the hotel is beautiful, very close to the marina. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The hotel provides support both for currency exchange and for booking a taxi to the airport. At the reception, the staff are friendly; in particular Miss Keren was very professional, prompt in replies with clear and fluent English and quick and cooperative in solving our problems. There is a free swimming pool which is very comfortable and supervised by local staff and by very attentive and non-intrusive security.

I would improve the cleaning of the carpet in the corridors leading to the rooms, as well as the cleaning of the fabric of armchairs and sofas in the lobby. Also, at least for the adults, I would open the pool a little earlier in the morning and close it a little later on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Location is really good, and the hotel itself surprised us for its quality and comfort. The breakfast was superb with a quantity and quality of food really high. We really enjoyed our stay.

We came late evening, and there was an issue with the A/C. It was too late to call a fix, but we would have appreciate to know it in advance. Besides, all was really elegant and high quality and we appreciated our stay the fullest!

Breakfast was excellent, everything you could want from salad and cheese to a manned omelet and expresso station. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The outside parking area needed some clean-up, and we didn't like having to look down from our magnificent ocean view at the piles of trash outside the hotels service area. Maytbe that area could be covered.

The staff was great, they were exceptional.!!! Nina was very helpful, pleasant and professional! The General Manager, likewise, was so nice.

The bathrooms were tired and old. This is the first time, in all my years of traveling that I have stayed in a bathroom that did not have a power outlet - very strange. Currently they are remodeling which is great!

Lavish Israeli breakfast with many choices of salads, baked goods, cooked breakfast food, yoghurts, cheeses, juices, fruit, tea and coffee. Lovely clean pool with ample seating and sunlit all day. Our room was very comfortable despite feeling dated.

The interior rooms and corridors are dated and bathrooms in particular need attention.

The Ashkelon Tamara management has done a very good job improving the quality of the hotel after years of neglect by the former owner (Leonardo). Service and cleanliness and overall quality has improved 100% since my prior visit in January 2023. With continued attention, this facility could easily return to a 5 star status. I would book again.

No brewed coffee Few Pancakes at breakfast and were not replaced when i wanted more at 9 am.

Location was very good, close to a few restaurants and the beach. The staff were very hospitable, helped in everything we asked for.

The reception is awesome and the breakfast is really tasty. Rooms have a beach view that makes the mornings really romantic for a couple.
