Good location (near the train station and numerous restaurants). Excellent, highly engaged and caring staff. They were attentive to my requests and went beyond my expectations. The lounge, providing hot drinks and snacks/pastries after 1 PM, is awesome

Breakfast, while rich and truly amazing, is served in a small, crowded room. Doesn't feel comfortable (I still wear masks in certain spaces...) It would have been useful if they allowed to take food to the room, instead of having to rush through breakfast while “holding your breath”… (I asked: one can take food out of the dining area; but they don’t allow to take plates out and there are no useful options)

The hotel and staff were amazing and so welcoming. We were late arriving and they made that really easy and took time to give us great recommendations for places to eat nearby too. The room was brilliant and the lounge area with coffee and cakes was lovely. There was a huge selection at breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and local options. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city to stay here.

There are a lot of construction sites around and due to the hotel location, the workers worked 24/7 (yes, 24 hours…). The parking is a bit of an issue.

The room was perfect

False fire alarm went off at 3am. I got dressed and run to the ground floor (stairs from the 9th floor). I was the only one. Sleepy guard told me it's a malfunction and nothing to worry about. Alarm stopped. From guard's attitude I realized it's a common occurrence there. Could not fall asleep again, the following day was ruined.

Our experience started even before we arrived. The hotel reception manager Osher really helped us sort out our booking to accommodate our changed travel requirements. He communicated via WhatsApp & email to set my mind at rest. We were warmly greeted by Ilya who also assisted us with any request, nothing was too much trouble for these 2 men. Thank you Osher & Ilya. The hotel managed my dietary requirements & made special treats for me, this was most appreciated. The rooms were spacious & clean. The hotel is situated close to the station which was so convenient (no noise from the station) A really great breakfast was provided & beverages & snacks were available all day on the 10th floor. This was a 1st class hotel experience

I loved that the front desk especially put us in a quiet area away from a large family celebrating a shabbat chatan. I loved the breakfast and the lounge. Overall a great experience!

I saw a few small flies buzzing around the room, also the AC was dripping inside the ceiling during the night making an annoying noise.

Breakfast is amazing! Staff are great, very pleasant. Business Lounge is comfortable.

The room daily cleaning can do better. Room door cards are reseteting every now and then.

It was a great stay, all people are very nice, helpfull and obliging. I felt very well at my stay. The location is good. I arrived one day later, no problem with this change. Also the late checkout was not a big deal.

I need to write something in this field. But I have nothing to write here. Everything was good and I cannot say anything negative.

The location is perfect - right next to the train station. A lot of restaurants in no more that 5 min walk, which is very convenient. The room was very quiet, considering the location. It was also very clean. the bed was comfortable. The night reception person was a bit weird checking us in, but friendly enough. The daily receptionist behaved much more professionally and was very nice. Brekfast was fine.

The hotel is named "butique", but the reason for the name remained unclear to us. We could not find anything butique in it (apart for the price and toiletries). The room was very small, probably the seconds smallest room I have ever stayed in a hotel before and the other hotel price was much lower.

Great breakfast even with vegan options. Nice room, towels included as well as shower gels and more. Little present from the hotel was really kind at the beginning of the stay. Gym is present and available to use in hotel. Location near railway station was great.

The bathroom in my opinion needs a little reconstruction especially the shower. The price of the room was quite high.
