Very nice staff , very fast communication, very polite and professional. The apartment was clean. The bedroom was bigger than it looked in the photos, which was a happy surprise. In the living room there was only one couch , kitchenette had a very small electric stove but for us it was ok. A big balcony shared with a next door apartment is definitely a plus. Apartments on the ground floor as I understood - do not have balconies. A bit noisy from the street. No cleaning supplies for the floor. Bedsheets were not changed at all (14 days stay) but there is a washing machine on the ground floor free of charge. The dryer did not work though. About 20 min walk from the nearest beach. All in all, the apartment suited our needs well enough.

One day around 12 at night the electricity went off. I tried to call the emergency number but no one answered until office hours at 9 in the morning. Then the problem was solved within half an hour and the hotel reimbursed 50shekels for food that was lost in the fridge and the heat of the night. This left some level of insecurity. There definitely needs to be a number customers can reach to, call or text, or whatsapp for real emergency matters outside office hours.

Location was perfect & easy to find. Staff communication was great. Very helpful & friendly. We would highly recommend this accommodation to any Family coming to Tel Aviv for their holiday. Also close to all amenities. Walking distance to the train station, parks, shops, restaurants & beach. Very safe location as well. Thank you.

Wifi was not upto the mark, unstable and weak. When we reached AC in bedroom was not working. It should have been taken care of that things are in working condition before someone checks in.
