The Hotel is really outstanding: the room (actually a suite) was fantastic, fit with a complete kitchen (adequate to prepare something to eat for lunch) with a big fridge, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine a microwave oven etc.. The room, featured by a large balcony looking toward the sea, was split in two parts: the living area, with a wide desk (I had to attend to some videocalls and the place was perfect to work) and a comfortable sofa to see the TV (one of the two wide screen TV was in the living room). The living room is also fit by a second toilet in case someone is occupying the main one. The night zone is also extremely comfortable. The bed is large and cmfortable, a wide TV with plenty of pay-TV channels , a proper quantity of plugs aside the bed to connect even more than one battery charger per side. The breakfast was incredible with such a rich choice of salted and sweet meals, all extremely tasty. Omelettes, eggs and pancakes are directly prepared by two cooks in the breakfast lounge. and the staff is continuously offering coffees, Cappucinos or any other hot drink. The swimming pool on the roof is well ventilated and notwithstanding the size of the surrounding space is not so huge, we always found space to lay on the deck chairs around the pool. Excellent and very powerful wi-fi coverage throughout the entire hotel (room and common spaces) All the staff, from the reception to the maintenance team or the asistants at the pool, in the SPA are extremely kind and collaborative. Really one of the best 10/10 rating I ever experienced!

Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff, warm welcome, thoughtful once we let them know it was our anniversary. The room and the attention we received was perfect. North tower excellent view from balcony. Very spacious and relaxing room.

The rooftop pool is beautifully located but the size of the pool and area is too small for the amount of guests and families especially during the summer. It was too chaotic to enjoy. We booked dinner at the hotel restaurant, even though we booked ahead requesting a specific table and arrived early as agreed, we found that the table was already assigned to other guests. Very disappointing.

We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a wonderful stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, and we were surprised with a cake, balloons, and a lovely gift in the room. The room was spacious, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. The spa massage was perfect, breakfast was tasty, and we really appreciated the late check-out. We’d love to come back!

Everything was incredible

The sea view and the location is amazing. The staff is unprecedented in Israel and on another level. Pool wasn't over crowded & cocktails were very nice.

Room service menu was digital with QR code and I had some technical problems. Would prefer a piece of paper. Food was good but not exceptional. But not sure Kosher restaurants can be compared to non Kosher.

Everything was really good . I like staff members, they were very friendly and helpful! Lots of coffee shops and restaurants around , and a long beautiful beach from the both sides of the hotel.

Quite unusual main entrance, I found it little complicated , at the same time I understood that it may be the only option in such landscape…

Stayed 1 night for birthday. We’ve got a complement from the hotel due to the event. Very clean and vast room, great view to yacht marina, tasty breakfast with good choice. Cozy swimming pool. Polite personnel. Will be good to come again.

Saturday breakfast was a huge disappointment. The queen bed was not so comfortable

The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. I was given an upgraded room overlooking the marina which was comfortably spacious with a stunning view. Reception & reservation couldn’t have been more helpful. Won’t hesitate to recommend and stay again.

Whilst the room was clean, housekeeping could have been a tad more attentive when replenishing the coffee capsules &, the shower gels.
