The location is great, the hotel is cozy, clean and great especially for short stays .. The room size is enough, spacious, and the front desk was very welcoming when I arrived at the hotel. Wifi worked well too .. I

There was no proper coffee served in the breakfast .. Only the Nespresso capsules, which was a disappointment for me ... Also the entrance of the hotel is closed due to road construction, which makes it a bit inconvenient to get in/out .. otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

the staff was very nice,in the morning the breakfast had a big variety, the waiters and workers were very professional and friendly. the spa was amazing and had several facilities and programs. very nice in total

the balcony we had was very dusty, the table and chairs were covered in dust. there was no lighting so we couldn’t sit there properly at night. when we tried to call for Room service, the connection was lost very fast, no one answered. we called the lobby and they said that we will be contacted in a few minutes. they called us after 2 hours and we couldn’t contact them to see where our food was, given the fact that they told us the estimate would be 20 minutes when in reality we received the ordered food an hour and a half later. At the spa, the jacuzzi reeked of chlorine and my skin developed a rash because of it.

I loved the pool/spa area. It’s open until 19:00. The pool is indoors with jacuzzis, sauna and steam room available to all guests. The hotel is really clean, really simple, the staff is really sweet and amicable. They upgraded our room for no reason without us asking. Honestly really liked it for the weekend

A very comfortable and clean hotel. Kind and friendly staff and I received an upgrade when I checked in, which was a lovely surprise! The room was very spacious and well decorated with quality amenities. Large bathroom with a great shower, lovely lounge with a super soft couch. Great quality bed and linen. There is construction in the area but the rooms are sound proof so there is no disturbance. There are great cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. My room had a view of the beach which is so close by, though I was unable to get there due to work commitments. I'll definitely stay again!

The bathrobes could be replaced with new ones as they seem quite old and worn. I didn't make use of the indoor pool area, which looked lovely. I did frequent the gym, which has great facilities but is shared with people outside the hotel so it can be busy at times.

We spend great time with my family, it's just one night but we fully enjoy it, very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. The room is very clean , good ambiance and very nice design from reception to rooms. Breakfast with a lot of choices ! We loved it. The location near the beach and restaurants. The warm welcome, and very helpful staff, special thanks to Jeremy who helped us to change our room as we arrived with addition 1 guest. You saved us, our family able to spend great moment together. 100 % I recommend NYX !!!

Temperature in the pool: too cold. It should be at 32 degrees Celsius. Some of The waiters and waitresses of the night shift at the restaurant need more training.

The room and facilities were excellent. Comfortable room, bed and shower. Enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. A great selection for breakfast.

At the reception they almost charged extra VAT that we had already payed for. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and once we pointed out the mistake and it was taken care of very quickly.

Very comfortable beds. The gym is well equipped. The pool is small but good, and pretty. Nice hot tub. Good breakfast.

The decor was not my taste, was more of a cold/modern vibe, and not a warm inviting feeling. But that's very subjective obviously.

For ordinary people and for Young couples, the stay will be great. comfortable beds, room is clean, city view but a good ac- felt a fresh air in the room. Good breakfast, nice gym and swimming pool with jacuzzi.

Some of facilities like the tv and espresso machine had been "malfunction" (connection to satellite for example) and we told them and they immediately came to fix. For swimmers the pool was shallow. A little bit expensive.

Excellent breakfast, a very bright and modern hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. On our first night we arrived just as the kitchen was closing but they happily cooked us their delicious mini burgers. A good find - would recommend over a much more expensive beachside hotel

The only improvement would be an outdoor pool
