I arrived few hours earlier than expected and was ready to pay for early checkin, but receptionist saw how tired I was and just let me go to my room as it wasn't occupied. Very rare generosity. Free coffee and snacks corner in the lobby is just awesome. To those who complain about clogged sinks and stuff, I had similar issue, but from the moment I called reception it took them like half an hour to fix everything. I guess you guys would find good reason to complain even if you have free stay at Ritz Carlton. Just remember that there is always something that needs fixing, most important is how facilitaty management is handling such things. Next thing I need to mention is that the all ladies working in Benjamin are gorgeous and most competent and friendly. Receptionist Olga is a superstar! Thank you for making my stay smooth and comfortable!

Easy to get to off the highway, 14 free guest parking spots in a well-lit, secured underground garage that was almost empty while visiting in February, 2025. 24/7 English and Hebrew speaking front desk staff, with free tea and cookies. Quiet rooms, mini fridge, large bed, large window with sitting bench. Netflix included in stay.

Pretty hard beds, floor in the bathroom would be soaked after a shower, no vent and thermostat didn't work so the floor stayed wet the whole stay.

Service at the Reception Desk upon my arrival was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. The personal service I received from Olga, when I reported difficulties in the room, was especially good, and very much appreciated. Upon entering my room I discovered that the door of a small cupboard was almost falling off, tthe kettle was not working properly and out of the six electric light bulbs fitted in the bathroom ONLY 2 were working. What I liked was that after complaining about this MAINTENANCE IMMEDIATELY SENT SOMEONE TO THE ROOM AND PUT MOST THINGS RIGHT.

After a long journey it would be nice if the hotel had a place that served 'snacks'. I was also disappointed to hear that breakfast was unavailable ... although there was an area/table set aside in the lounge where guests could partake of hot and cold drinks, crackers, jams and dried fruit, that is hardly a substitute for a snack. Why not add a bread board and some cheeses on the table? something to EAT at breakfast time prior to the guest either leaving for their business trip or departure from the hotel.

Room size was excellent. Breakfast was good. Lobby facilities were excellent as was free refreshment provided 24/7. Staff generally were friendly. Small inconveniences with check-in misunderstandings regarding special requests to do with disability (walk-in showers) and free breakfast, but was all sorted out on arrival. Parking provided was ideal for guests, especially with disability

There was nothing we did not like, but rooms could have been serviced earlier in the day. The absence of a senior manager for late check in problems was noticeable, although this was overcome by contacting someone at home finally.

The hotel advertises a gym. It is a small room with only 3 items of gym equipment.

The property is located in the heart of the business district. Yet, it’s a very short walk to the heart of the city, and a 25 min walk to the beach. It is clean, quiet, and offers good accommodations. The staff was great! I will definitely stay here again!

Good location with pedestal access to the sea and the Herzlia city on the other side of the highway. No need to overpay.

The cleaning staff was amazing! They were very kind and helped me move 04 rooms as there was a problem with hot/cold water.

There was a problem with water maintenance exactly when I came. I think the cleaning staff was exceptional proactive trying to help me.

Rotem from the reception made my stay really worth it, he was very friendly and always helpfull.
