We stayed at Hotel Prima Millennium for one night as I had an exam nearby, and our experience was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful suite with a stunning view, which immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. To our delight, we found a thoughtful touch in the room—chocolates and a personalized letter wishing me success in my exam. It was such a warm and kind gesture that made me feel supported and appreciated. The suite itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed, offering the perfect atmosphere to relax and focus before the big day. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, and the overall ambiance was calm and serene, exactly what we needed. The attention to detail and genuine care from the staff made this stay truly unforgettable. Property is easy to access and identify. Clean rooms, excellent services available. Staff were amazing, very helpful and kind.

The only thing was the ironing room on the 8th floor you can tell was neglected compared to the rest of hotel. Not a major upset as it is probably much less used and is just a place holder for that area on that floor. I would suggest putting some more care and maintenance into it or repurposing the space if it isn’t used.

This was my second time staying at Prima Millennium and this stay was as good as the first. Very accommodating and friendly staff. I was given an upgrade to a great room with lots of space and 2 beds. The air conditioner worked very well and the hotel was exceptionally clean.

The hotel isn't in central Ra'anana, but it's a quick drive to all parts of the city. The breakfast at the hotel was convenient but basic.

It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is in a good location and the service provided in terms of price-service standards pleased us very much. There is a wonderful breakfast buffet with a magnificent city view. The hotel staff is attentive and smiling. Sincere thanks to Ariella, Paloma and Michal. We now have an address in Israel where we are sure we will be fine.

Exceptionally clean , staff very friendly ,beds and pillows are comfortable. Great breakfast whether you want just croissants or muesli or cooked breakfast .This was our second visit and we will definitely be coming back -Sais it all ❤️

I would love to have a small reading light by the bed as it’s too bright for night times if one of us wants to read in bed .

This was my second stay at the Prima Millenium because the first time was so good. The room was clean and comfortable. Roni, at the front desk was excellent. He was friendly, patient and very helpful. Next time I’m in Rana’ana, I’ll only stay at the Prima Millenium.

I was expecting more from breakfast, but it was just a few days before Pesach, so it was totally understandable.

Location was great. Amenities nearby, many to choose from. Breakfast was a good spread though some items could be improved. Cleanliness of rooms were great, cleanliness of general areas could be slightly improved.

Payment method with a foreign debit card should be included.

I came to Raanana to visit family and found the Hotel to be comfortable, and welcoming and I had an all-around great stay. The staff is friendly, helping with every request; the Spa and Fitness center are state of the art; the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms were clean and perfect for my needs. I will absolutely return in the near future!!! Deena, the guest relations manager, made the hotel feel like we were staying in her home! She took such good care of us that I was literally blown away. As an American used to great service outside of Israel, Deena and the entire team at Prima have set a new bar of excellence for Israeli hotels!

The hotel was great. I was staying there to be near my family, not for business so the position was not so ideal for me, but, the hotel was a pleasure to stay in with an excellent room, bathroom and breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful specially Deena who was appointed as my contact, I did not use most of the facilities but from what I saw they looked adequate. As there is no other hotel in Ra'anana I would gladly stay there again if I wished to be near my family. A very positive experience. Lovely view of Ra'anana especially at night. Netflix was not available to people who are not subscribers to Netflix privately,

No Netflix unless a subscriber personally. Traffic a little noisy but to be expected in a busy area and from the 10th floor definitely manageable. I just felt for me personally the mattress was a little hard but just a small preference, the bed is in fact very comfy.

We are coming twice a year for years now, and in the last few times we were here, the service and quality were trending down. This time we were pleasently surprised to see it was improved again to the levels we were always happy to come back to. We had a big room, on a high floor with great view. The double glazing did a good jon in isolation the noise from the outside and the treats (snacks, chocolate and free drinks at the rooftop bar) were a lovely addition.

Cleaning is much better but can still improve. We had to clean the kettel myself from Calc and there were a few corners with dust. These were really minor issues though.
