The breakfast is elaborate We are vegan and do not eat all the cheese eggs fish quiches etc but they brought us vegan cheese yogurt humas The salads breads etc were plentiful and tasty Stav at the coffee station made our coffee exactly to our specifications. He was very patient and polite and professional Daniel and Valeria at reception were very helpful Koby the manager went out of his way to meet our requests In addition to the plush lounge chairs by the pool there are comfortable attractive chairs and sitting areas all around the hotel grounds from which you could view the beach and breath the sea air From the pool you go down a few stairs and get to the promenade and the beach There are several restaurants in walking distance The location is terrific. They have a paid parking area around the corner We sat in the spacious lobby for coffee and lunch and good view

One of the two elevators was out of order the entire time Hopefully it will be fixed soon

The swimming pools were excellent. The amenities in the room were perfect.

The the information on the website booking stated that the VAT fee for Israeli nationals was included in the purchase price. I was told at checkout that it was not already included and I was then charged the 18%

Location on the beach beautiful views. Breakfast was plentiful and very good food. Lots of variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Room decent size

House keeping in rooms wasnt good. Didnt clear away used cups, found hairs on bathroom floor after cleaning got plate of fruit on arrival didnt remove dirty fork/knives. Went to beach got some sand on floor it wasnt cleaned up. Also minor issue sea view rooms only for the suites even though my room was described as having sea view it was ony partial view

Friday night supper was the best, expensive but totally yummy nd an awesome experience.

Pool beds get booked out early when the hotel is full, so you have to reserve yours if you want some space and put your towel out early in the morning

The accommodations were wonderful! Loved the cleanness! Everything is very convenient. Great customer service! Especially grateful to Kobi (manager) Miriam and Mariana at the front desk. They went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant!

The breakfast was delicious and varied despite it being Passover, and the location was wonderful right on the beach. You can also see the water from many of the common areas of the hotel which enhances the stay.

The hotel has been modernised but not fully

The staff at the pool - when we asked for towels they threw them at my husband. There’s no service at the beds - you have to go to the bar for a drink and most places take orders at the chairs and serve drinks for this price hotel!

Location next to the sea, lovely pool, delicious food. Especially for Shabbat.

Lobby restaurant needs a more extensive or varied menu for different nights.
